Էս էն զինատեսակներն են, որոնցով ադրբեջանցիները վերջին շրջանում հրետակոծում են մեր դիրքերն ու սահմանակից բնակավայրերը: Սրանցից յուրաքանչյուրի կիրառությունը դեռ մի երկու տարի առաջ անհնար էր թվում, ու կար տարածված մի կարծրատիպ զորքում, որ եթե սրանցից ինչ-որ մեկը կիրառվի, դա կնշանակի պատերազմի վերսկսում:

Հիմա մեր տականք հարևանները համարյա ամեն օր էս զինատեսակներով կրակում են սահմանի ողջ երկայնքով, այդ թվում նաև գյուղերի վրա, ու դա կարծես թե բնականոն բան է դառնում: Ամենակատաղեցնողն այն է, որ TR-107 թուրքական համազարկային կայաններ էլ են կիրառում, ընդ որում՝ խաղաղ բնակավայրերի նկատմամբ: Սա, եթե չեմ սխալվում, ժնևյան կոնվենցիայի կոպիտ խախտում է, որովհետև այդ բնակավայրերում ռազմական օբյեկտներ չկան, ուստի դրանց նկատմամբ թույլ ճշգրտություն ունեցող զինատեսակների, այն էլ այս «մինի-գրադների» կիրառությունը հանցագործություն է:

Էս անգամ, սակայն, պետք ա արդար լինել ու ասել, որ արտգործնախարար Էդուարդ Նալբանդյանը հարցը բարձրացրել է համանախագահների մոտ ու իր վրդովմունքն է հայտնել: Կարծում եմ, որ պետք չէ կանգ առնել դրա վրա ու պետք է շարունակել փայտփորիկի պես «долбить» անել միջազգային կառույցների ներկայացուցիչների գլուխը, ասուլիսներ տալ, լրագրողների հրավիրել: Տնաշեններ, անկախ ամեն ինչից, մենք նաև տեղեկատվական պատերազմի մեջ ենք, ու ինչքան շատ բան արվի էդ ոլորտում, որը սևեռի միջազգային հանրության ուշադրությունն այս հարցի վրա, ընդ որում՝ ցույց տա ադրբեջանական կողմի հարվածների հետևանքները խաղաղ բնակավայրերում, էնքան ավելի կկայանա Ադրբեջանի՝ «վայրագ ու տոտոալիտար հրեշի» կայացումը նույն այդ արտասահմանյան հանրության աչքերում, ինչն անասելի պետք կգա մեզ, երբ պատերազմի թեժ ֆազան վերսկսի: Պետք է նաև արտաքին լսարանի վրա աշխատել, պարոնայք, ներքին լսարանն առանց քարոզչության էլ մեծամասամբ պատրաստ է ցանկացած զարգացումների:
