Բելառուսի Գերագույն դատարանը կես ժամից պակաս Է քննել Ռուսաստանի եւ Իսրայելի քաղաքացի Ալեքսանդր Լապշինին Ադրբեջանին արտահանձնելու վճռի գանգատարկումը: Այդ մասին, ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը, հայտնել Է «Sputnik Բելառուս» գործակալությունը՝ վկայակոչելով նրա փաստաբան Նատալյա Շյոկինային: Նրա խոսքով՝ դատավճիռը կհրապարակվի առաջիկա ժամերին: Փետրվարի 7-ին Լապշինը ներկա չի եղել դատարանի դահլիճում:
Ավելի վաղ տեղեկացվել Է, որ Ալեքսանդր Լապշինի փաստաբանները Բելառուսի Գերագույն դատարանում բողոքարկել են նրան Ադրբեջանին հանձնելու վերաբերյալ հանրապետության Գլխավոր դատախազության որոշումը:
Լապշինը Մինսկում ձերբակալվել Է անցյալ տարվա դեկտեմբերին այն բանի կապակցությամբ, որ Ադրբեջանի պահանջով հայտնվել Է փնտրվող անձանց միջազգային բազայում: Բաքուն նրան մեղադրում Է առանց Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունների հետ համաձայնեցնելու Լեռնային Ղարաբաղ այցելելու մեջ:
Մինսկի քաղաքային դատարանը հունվարի 26-ին հրաժարվել Է բավարարել Լապշինին Ադրբեջանին հանձնելու վերաբերյալ Բելառուսի Գլխավոր դատախազության որոշման գանգատարկումը: Նրան ադրբեջանական կողմին հանձնելու գլխավոր դատախազի տեղակալի որոշումը ճանաչվել Է օրինական:
«Բելառուսը հիմքեր չունի բլոգեր Լապշինին չհանձնելու Ադրբեջանին»,-փետրվարի 3-ին մամուլի ասուլիսում հայտարարել Է Բելառուսի նախագահ Ալեքսանդր Լուկաշենկոն: Նա նշել Է, որ այդ հարցը կլուծվի «օրենքի եւ միջազգային համաձայնագրերի հիման վրա»:
Ռուսաստանի ԱԳ նախարարության պաշտոնական ներկայացուցիչ Մարիա Զախարովան ավելի վաղ հայտարարել Է, որ Ռուսաստանի քաղաքացիներին երրորդ երկրներին հանձնելն անթույլատրելի Է:
