Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ-ը սեփական ՊՆ Հայաստանի դեմ սադրանքները փորձում է բարդել հայկական կողմի վրա

Ադրբեջանի արտաքին քաղաքական գերատեսչությունը սեփական երկրի պաշտպանության նախարարության Հայաստանի Հանրապետության եւ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի Հանրապետության դեմ սադրանքները փորձում է բարդել հայկական կողմի վրա:
Հրադադարի մասին համաձայնագիրը խախտելու եւ քաղաքացիական բնակչության գնդակոծությունների հետ կապված, որրոնց հետեւանքով վերջին օրերին հայկական կողմից 3 կին է զոհվել, Նյու Յորքում Հայաստանի արտգործնախարար Էդվարդ Նալբանդյանի փաստերով հիմնավորված տեղեկությունից հետո Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ-ը հանդես է եկել Նյու Յորքում Հայաստանի եւ Ադրբեջանի արտգործնախարարների հնարավոր հանդիպումից առաջ իրենց իսկ կողմից սանձազերծված սադրանքները հայկական կողմերին վերագրելու հերթական հայտարարությամբ:
Ադրբեջանի ԱԳՆ մամուլի ծառայության ղեկավար Հիքմեթ Հաջիեւը հայտարարել է, թե հայկական կողմը, իբր, «խախտում է հրադադարը` նպատակ ունենալով խանգարել բանակցությունների գործընթացի առաջընթացին»:
Այնինչ, Ադրբեջանի զինված ուժերը, ինչպես միշտ, լրջորեն խախտելով միջազգային հումանիտար իրավունքի գծով իրենց ստանձնած պարտավորությունները, շարունակում են քաղաքացիական բնակչության դեմ նպատակուղղված գործողութունները:
Կրակակետերը հատուկ տեղակայելով քաղաքացիական օբյեկտներում եւ նրանց մոտ, Ադրբեջանն ընտրել է հակամարդկային մարտավարություն, եւ կրակ բացելով հայկական կողմերի ԶՈւ դիրքերի վրա, իր քաղաքացիական բնակչությանը դարձրել է պատասխան կրակի թիրախ: Քաղաքացիական անձանց եւ օբյեկտների օգտագործումով ահաբեկիչներին հատուկ այդ մարտավարությունն առաջին հերթին հանդիսանում է ռազմական հանցագործություն Ադրբեջանի քաղաքացիների դեմ:
ՄԱԿ-ի գագաթաժողովի շրջանակում Նյու Յորքում ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ ՀՀ արտգործնախարար Էդվար Նալբանդյանը վրդովմունք է հայտնել Ադրբեջանի կողմից զինադադարի կոպիտ խախտումների կապակցությամբ, որոնք հանգեցրել են խաղաղ բնակչության շրջանում մարդկային կորուստների: «Այդ կերպ սրելով իրավիճակը, Ադրբեջանը կակասկածի տակ է դնում հանդիպումների նպատակահարմարությունը եւ խոչընդոտում է բանակցային գործընթացին», -ասել է նախարար Նալբանդյանը` շեշտելով, որ Ադրբեջանը հերթական սադրանքով է արձագանքել ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի` Հայաստանի եւ Ադրբեջանի արտգործնախարարների միջեւ Նյու Յորքում արդյունավետ բանակցություններ ունենալու ակնկալիքին:
Հակառակորդի կրակոցներից Տավուշի մարզի Բերդավան համայնքում սեպտեմբերի 24-ին զոհվել է 2 քաղաքացիական անձ, 2-ը` վիրավորվել: Զոհված քաղաքացիներն են`1974 թվականին ծնված Սոնա Ռևազյանը և 1921-ին ծնված Շուշան Ասատրյանը: Ավելի վաղ հայտնի էր դարձել, որ Տավուշի մեկ այլ սահմանամերձ` Պառավաքար համայնքում հակառակորդի կրակոցից զոհվել է 83-ամյա Պայծառ Աղաջանյանը:
