Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը հեռախոսազրույց Է ունեցել Գերմանիայի կանցլեր Անգելա Մերկելի հետ. քննարկվել Է Դոնբասի իրադրությունը, լուրջ անհանգստություն Է հայտնվել այնտեղ զինված դիմակայության սրացման կապակցությամբ: Այդ մասին, ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը, փետրվարի 7-ին հայտնել Է Կրեմլի մամուլի ծառայությունը: 
«Տեղի Է ունեցել Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի հեռախոսազրույցը Գերմանիայի Դաշնային Հանրապետության ֆեդերալ կանցլեր Անգելա Մերկելի հետ: 
Քննարկվել Է Ուկրաինայի հարավ-արեւելքում ստեղծված իրադրությունը, որը վերջին օրերին կտրուկ սրվել Է ուկրաինական կողմի սադրիչ գործողությունների պատճառով: Լուրջ անհանգստություն Է հայտնվել զինված դիմակայության սրացման կապակցությամբ, որի հետեւանքով կան մարդկային զոհեր, քաղաքացիական ենթակառուցվածքների եւ բնակելի ֆոնդի զգալի ավերածություններ Դոնբասի մի շարք բնակավայրերում»,-ասված Է հաղորդագրության մեջ: 
Հեռախոսազրույցի ընթացքում «պայմանավորվածություն Է ձեռք բերվել՝ ակտիվացնել դիվանագիտական ջանքերը ուկրաինական ճգնաժամի խաղաղ կարգավորմանն աջակցելու նպատակով»: «Մասնավորապես, նկատի Է առնվում մոտ ժամանակներս նախատեսել «նորմանադական ձեւաչափով» արտաքին գործերի նախարարների եւ ղեկավարների օգնականների շփումներ, իսկ այնուհետեւ իրադրության քննարկումը շարունակել բարձր մակարդակով»,- նշել են Կրեմլի մամուլի ծառայությունում:
