Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Ճամբարակ քաղաքում մարդիկ ոգեւորությամբ են ընդունել ՀՀ Նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի հանձնարարականը` կապված Ճամբարակ քաղաքը հարկային արտոնություններից օգտվող սահմամանամերձ համայնքների ցանկում ներառելու հետ: Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին ներկայացրեց Ճամբարակի քաղաքապետ Յուրա Ավալյանը, ՀՀ Նախագահի հանձնարարականից բխող որոշումը մեծապես կխթանի ձեռնարկչատիրության ծավալումն ու զարգացումը Ճամբարակում, կայուն աշխատատեղերի ստեղծումը, բնակչության սոցիալ-տնտեսական վիճակի բարելավումը, էականորեն կկրճատի աղքատությունը:

«Արդեն ՀՀ Նախագահի աշխատակազմին ենք ներակայացրել այն հնարավոր ոլորտները, որտեղ ներդրողները կարող են զարգացնել թե’ խոշոր, թե’ մանր ու միջին բիզնեսը:Մեծ ներուժ ունենք կաթնամթերքի ու մսամթերքի, կարտոֆիլի  վերամշակման ոլորտներում: Կավի հումքի վրա կարող ենք կազմակերպել խեցեգործական իրերի արտադրություն: Ցանկացած ձեռնարկատեր կերազեր աշխատել հարկային նման արտոնությունների պայմաններում: Մենք էլ մեր հերթին ներդրողներին կաջակցենք մեր հնարավորությունների սահմաններում, միայն թե մեր քաղաքը գտնի իր տնտեսական վերելքի եւ զարգացման կայուն ուղին: Անտարակույս, հարկային արտոնությունների սահմանումը ճամբարակում շատ շուտով իր դրական ազդեցությունը նկատելի կդարձնի»,-համոզմունք հայտնեց  քաղաքապետը:
