Եվրամիության երկրները չկարողացան համաձայնության գալ ընդհանուր դատախազության ստեղծման շուրջը

Եվրամիության անդամ երկրները փետրվարի 7-ին կայացած նիստում չեն կարողացել համաձայնեցնել ԵՄ-ի ընդհանուր դատախազության ստեղծման որոշումը, այժմ հարցը կներկայացվի կազմակերպության գագաթնաժողովին: Այդ մասին, ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը, ասված Է Եվրամիության խորհրդի պաշտոնական հաղորդագրության մեջ:
«Խորհուրդը փետրվարի 7-ին դրսեւորեց միաձայնության բացակայություն, որն անհրաժեշտ Է Եվրոպայի պետական մեղադրողների ծառայության ստեղծման կանոնակարգին հավանություն տալու համար: Դա հնարավորություն Է ընձեռում առնվազն ինն անդամներից բաղկացած խմբին տեքստը քննարկման ներկայացնելու Եվրոպայի խորհրդին, ինչը կդառնա փոխհամաձայնություն ապահովելու վերջին փորձը»,- հայտնել Է ԵՄ-ի խորհուրդը:
Ինչպես նշված Է փաստաթղթում, ԵՄ-ի գագաթնաժողովը կարող Է առաջարկությունը քննարկել չորս ամսվա ընթացքում: Միաձայնության բացակայության դեպքում ԵՄ-ի դատախազություն ստեղծելու փոխարեն, որն ամրագրված Է Եվրամիության հիմնարար փաստաթղթերում, կքննարկվի այդ բնագավառում ինտենսիվ համագործակցության տարբերակը, հաղորդել Է ՌԻԱ Նովոստի գործակալությունը:
