ՀՀ ԿԱ քաղաքաշինության պետկոմիտեի և IPECS ընկերության միջև հուշագիր է ստորագրվել

ՀՀ ԿԱ քաղաքաշինության պետական կոմիտեի նախագահի առաջին տեղակալ Արամ Բադալյանի և միջազգային ներդրումային IPECS ընկերությունն, ի դեմս Բորիս Բոգուսլավսկու, Կոմիտեում փետրվարի 7-ին հուշագիր են ստորագրել Երևան-Գյումրի մայրուղուն հարակից շուրջ 80 հա տարածքում բազմաֆունկցիոնալ էթնոմշակութաբանական կենտրոնի իրականացման վերաբերյալ: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ կառավարությանն առընթեր քաղաքաշի նության պետական կոմիտեի մամուլի ծառայությունից:
Կողմերը հավաստել են, որ նման բազմաֆունկցիոնալ կենտրոնի ստեղծումը նպաստավոր պայմաններ կստեղծի ոչ միայն տարածաշրջանի երկրների էթնոմշակութային ժառանգության ներկայացման համար, այլև լուրջ գործոն կարող է հանդիսանալ երկրի սոցիալ-տնտեսական զարգացման համատեքստում՝ խթանելով զբաղվածության խնդիրների լուծմանը, զբոսաշրջության զարգացմանը, բիզնես հեռանկարների ընդլայնմանը և այլն:
Կողմերը հուշագիր են ստորագրել՝ հաստատելով ներդրումային ծրագրի իրականացման ճանապարհային քարտեզը, որն իր մեջ ներառում է տարբեր փուլեր՝ ծրագրի հայեցակարգի ներկայացումից մինչև բազմաֆունկցիոնալ համալիրի շահագործումը:
Փաստաթղթի ստորագրմանը նախորդել է IPECS ընկերության տնօրինության և նրա հայաստանյան գործընկեր Աշոտ Միրզոյանի հանդիպումը՝ ՀՀ ԿԱ քաղաքաշինության պետական կոմիտեի նախագահ Նարեկ Սարգսյանի հետ:
Հուշագրի ստորագրումը` ՀՀ ԿԱ քաղաքաշինության պետական կոմիտե-IPECS ընկերություն, շուրջ կես տարվա համատեղ աշխատանքների արդյունք է:
