Ադրբեջանին չի հաջողվելու բլոգեր Ալեքսանդր Լապշինի գործը դարձնել իրավական նախադեպ, քանի որ դրա հիմքում ընկած փաստարկումը մերժելի է ժողովրդավարական բնույթ ունեցող որևէ պետության կամ հաստատության համար: Այս մասին հայտարարել է Արցախի մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Ռուբեն Մելիքյանը՝ արձագանքելով Բելառուսի կողմից Լապշինի արտահանձնմանն Ադրբեջանին: «Բլոգեր Ալեքսանդր Լապշինի քրեական հետապնդոմը նախաձեռնելով Ադրբեջանը նպատակ է հետապնդել նախադեպ ձևավորելով լռեցնել Արցախի վերաբերյալ ազատ խոսքը և վախեցնել Արցախ այցելել ցանկացողներին:

Մարդու հիմնարար իրավունքների բուն էությանը հակասող մեղադրանքների հիման վրա հայտնի բլոգեր Ալեքսանդր Լապշինին շուրջ երկու ամիս անազատության մեջ պահելուց հետո՝ փետրվարի 7-ին, Բելառուսը նրան հանձնել է Ադրբեջանին:

Լապշինի քրեական հետապնդումը նախաձեռնելով Ադրբեջանը նպատակ է հետապնդել նախադեպ ձևավորելով լռեցնել Արցախի վերաբերյալ ազատ խոսքը և վախեցնել Արցախ այցելել ցանկացողներին:

Այնուհանդերձ, Ադրբեջանին չի հաջողվելու Լապշինի գործը դարձնել իրավական նախադեպ, քանի որ դրա հիմքում ընկած փաստարկումը մերժելի է ժողովրդավարական բնույթ ունեցող որևէ պետության կամ հաստատության համար:

Ավելին, Լապշինի գործը դառնալու է հակադարձ նախադեպ` մեծացնելով մարդու իրավունքների գաղափարախոսությանն ազնվորեն նվիրված իրավապաշտպանների, խոսքի ազատությանն ազնվորեն նվիրված լրագրողների հետաքրքրությունն Արցախի նկատմամբ: Սփյուռքի կառույցներին, հայկական իրավապաշտպան ու լրագրողական համայնքներին կոչ եմ անում ներգրավվել Լապշինի գործը հակադարձ նախադեպ դարձնելու գործընթացին»,-նշել է նա:
