Կարեն Համբարձումյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
ՀՀԿ խմբակցության քարտուղար Վահրամ Բաղդասարյանը հայտարարել է, որ Հայաստանը ոչ թե պիտի ինքը դուրս գա ՀԱՊԿ-ից, այլ վետո դնի Բելառուսի մասնակցության վրա։ Հիշեցնենք, որ հայ-բելառուսական հարաբերությունների միջև լարվածություն է առաջացել այն բանից հետո, երբ Բելառուսը ծագումով հրեա ու Ռուսաստանի ու Իսրայելի քաղաքացի Ալեքսանդր Լապշինի արտահանձնեց Ադրբեջան վերջինիս պահանջով, քանի որ Լապշինը ուկրաինական անձնագրով այցելել էր Ադրբեջան։ Նախ` պետք է սկզբից հասկանալ` սա իշխանության պաշտոնական տեսակե՞տն է, թե՞ պարզապես Բաղդասարյանը իր կարծիքն է հայտնում։ Եթե սա պաշտոնական դիրքորոշում դառնա, ապա խնդիրը գնալով շատ լուրջ ընթացք է ստանում։ Գաղտնիք չէ, որ օրեր առաջ Բելառուսի նախագահ Ալեքսանդր Լուկաշենկոն շատ կոշտ հայտարարությամբ հանդես եկավ Ռուսաստանի ու հատկապես երկրի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի դեմ՝ նրան քննադատելով ԵԱՏՄ գործունեության ոչ պատշաճ աշխատանքների կատարման մեջ։ Այժմ ռուս-բելառուսական հարաբերությունները շատ լարված են, ու կարելի է այս միջադեպը օգտագործել մաքսիմալ օգուտ քաղելու համար։ Հայաստանը, իհարկե, չպետք է նույնիսկ քննարկի ՀԱՊԿ-ի կազմից դուրս գալու հարցը այս փուլում. ավելի շուտ խոսակցություններ են գնում Բելառուսի անդամակցության դադարեցման վերաբերյալ։ Ռուսաստանն այս պարագայում կարող է հստակ դիրքորոշում հայտնել, քանի որ ի վերջո իր երկրի քաղաքացուն են արտահանձնել, ու ո՛չ Ռուսաստանը, ո՛չ Իսրայելը չկարողացան հասնել նրան, որ Լապշինի արտահանձնման գործընթացը տեղի չունենա։ Հայաստանը այս պարագայում, երբ ԼՂՀ հարցի վերաբերյալ բանակցությունները սառեցված են, ոչ մի կերպ չի կարող կայացնել էմոցիոնալ որոշում։ Իհարկե, Բելառուսի հանդեպ մենք մեր դիրքորոշումը հստակ պետք է հայտնենք, սակայն ամեն ձևով կամուրջ վառելու հայտարարությունները բանականությունից զուրկ են։ Նախ՝ պարզ է, որ Լուկաշենկոն դա արել է, որովհետև դրա համար Ադրբեջանը գին է վճարել. այժմ, ըստ էության, Բածկան սակարկում է։ Ի՞նչ կարող է տալ դրա փոխարեն Հայաստանը։ Այս սրա մասին պետք է մտածել, ոչ թե նեղանալ ու դեսպան հետ կանչել:
