Գյուղնախարարության և «Ագրոբիզնեսի և գյուղի զարգացման կենտրոն» հիմնադրամի միջև համագործակցության հուշագիր է ստորագրվել

ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարար Իգնատի Առաքելյանն փետրվարի 8-ին այցելել է Արագածավան համայնքի գյուղատնտեսական և անասնաբուժական սպասարկման կենտրոն: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:

Նախարարը «Ագրոբիզնեսի և գյուղի զարգացման կենտրոն» (CARD) հիմնադրամի տնօրեն Գագիկ Սարդարյանի և «Գյուղատնտեսական ծրագրերի իրականացման գրասենյակ» ՊՀ տնօրենի պաշտոնակատար Գեղամ Գևորգյանի ուղեկցությամբ շրջել է կենտրոնում, զրուցել կենտրոնի աշխատակիցների և անասնաբույժերի հետ: Այնուհետև նախարար Իգնատի Առաքելյանն այցելել է «Ագրոբիզնեսի և գյուղի զարգացման կենտրոն» (CARD) հիմնադրամ, ծանոթացել կենտրոնի ընթացիկ աշխատանքներին: Շրջայցից հետո ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարության և CARD հիմնադրամի միջև ստորագրվել է համագործակցությա ն հուշագիր: Հուշագրի համաձայն` նախատեսվում է ստեղծել աշխատանքային խումբ, որը կմշակի գործուն մեխանիզմներ «Անասնաբուժասանիտարիայի և բուսասանիտարիայի ծառայությունների կենտրոն» ՊՈԱԿ-ի պատվաստումների աշխատանքների որակի բարձրացման, մատուցվող ծառայությունների բարելավման, անասնապահությամբ զբաղվող տնտեսությունների իրազեկվածության աշխատանքների կազմակերպման հարցերում: «Հուշագրով պետական ծրագրով իրականացվող պատվաստումների գործառույթն այսուհետ իրականացվելու է CARD հիմնադրամի հետ համատեղ, և ես համոզված եմ, որ այս համագործակցությունը շատ հաջողված կլինի:

«Համայնքների գյուղատնտեսական ռեսուրսների կառավարման և մրցունակության» ծրագրի շրջանակում ստեղծվել են գյուղատնտեսական և անասնաբուժական սպասարկման կենտրոններ, վերապարտաստվել են անասնաբույժներ, և մենք այսօր ունենք մի հարթակ, որը կարող ենք առավել արդյունավետ օգտագործել պետական պատվաստումների ծրագիրը բարձր մակարդակով իրականացնելու համար, տարեցտարի լրացնենք բացերը, կատարելագործենք համակարգը` աստիճանաբար այդ գործառույթը պետությունից պատվիրակելով մասնավոր հատվածին: Հուշագրի ստորագրմամբ պետությունն ընդգծում է իր պատրաստակամությունը, մասնավոր հատվածի հետ համագործակցելով, զարգացնել ցանկացած ուղղություն», - նշել է նախարար Իգնատի Առաքելյանը:

Նախարարը հույս է հայտնել, որ CARD հիմնադրամի հետ համագործակցության արդյունքում 2018 թվականի գյուղատնտեսական կենդանիների պատվաստումները կիրականացվեն առավել թափանցիկ ու արդյունավետ նոր ծրագրով: Իգնատի Առաքելյանը տեղեկացրել է, որ առաջիկայում նախատեսվում է իրականացնել գյուղատնտեսական կենդանիների համարակալման ծրագիր: Իր հերթին Գագիկ Սարդարյանն ընդգծել է, որ CARD հիմնադրամը կշարունակի աջակցություն ցուցաբերել ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարությանը ոլորտում առաջնահերթ ծրագրերի իրականացման ուղղությամբ: Իր խոսքում նա հավաստիացրել է, որ անասաբուժական սպասարկման բոլոր կենտրոնները հագեցած են ժամանակակից սարքավորումներով և համալրված բարձրակարգ մասնագետներով` անասնաբուծական և անասնաբուժական տարբեր ծրագրեր իրականացնելու համար:
