Գործադիր մարմինը նախաձեռնել է մի փոփոխություն, որը ուղղված է մետաղական օգտակար հանածոների վերամշակման արդյունքում խտանյութերի կամ ձուլվածքի ձևով ստացված վերջնական արտադրանքի իրացման համար սահմանված ռոյալթիների հաշվարկման և վճարման կարգը միջազգային չափանիշներին համապատասխանեցնելու, ռոյալթիի հաշվարկման բազայի հիմնական մեթոդի կիրառության հիմքերը վերականգնելուն։
Ըստ ներկայացվող նախագծի՝ առաջարկվում է հարկային մարմնի կողմից ռոյալթիի բազայի անուղղղակի գնահատման եղանակի կիրառության դեպքում կիրառել 80% սահմանաչափ:
Դրա շնորհիվ գործադիր մարմինը հնարավորություն կունենա առավելագույն սահմանաչափ հաստատել մետաղների կազմի, վաճառքի, վերամշակման, զտման, տրանսպորտային և այլ նմանատիպ գործընթացների համար:
Ինչ վերաբերում է մետաղների արտադրանքի ծավալներին, ապա նախորդ տարի հանքագործական ոլորտում 2015 թվականի համեմատությամբ աճը կազմել է 8.3 տոկոս կամ դրամական արտահայտմամբ՝ 239448292 հազար դրամ:
