Երկաթուղալաստանավային բեռնափոխադրումների սակագների խթանիչ գործոնը

Հայաստանի արտադրանքը արտահանելու և առևտրատնտեսական շրջանառություն իրականացնելու տարբերակներից մեկն էլ երկաթուղա-լաստանավային կոմունակացիան է: Երկաթուղա-լաստանավային ուղին դեռևս լիովին ի ցույց չի դրել իր առավելությունները՝ չնայած այն հանգամանքին, որ որ լաստանավային բեռնափոխադրումները ավտոմոբիլայինների հետ համեմատ ավելի անվտանգ են ու հուսալի:
Կավկազ-Փոթի միջազգային երկաթուղալաստանավային հաղորդակցությունում ակտիվացմանը միտված քայլեր են արդեն իսկ ձեռնարկվում, որոնիցից կարևոր նշանակություն ունի վագոններով բեռների փոխադրման սակագները նվազեցումը, որը կնպաստի Հայաստանի ներմուծման և արտահանման հաղորդակցությունում բեռնափոխադրումների ակտիվացմանը և երկաթուղային տրանսպորտի մրցակության մակարդակի բարձրացմանը: Այսպիսով՝ Հայաստան և Հայաստանից մեկ վագոնի լաստանավով փոխադրման սակագինը կրճատվելու է միջինում 2 հազար դոլարով: Երկաթուղալաստանավային փոխադրումների սակագների նվազումը վերաբերելու է Հայաստան և Հայաստանից բեռնափոխադրումներ կատարող բոլոր ներմուծող-արտահանողներին:
Նման իջեցումը հնարավոր էր դարձել ՀԿԵ-ի կողմից նշված լաստանավի վրա տեղերի գնման և բեռնափոխադրումների գործընթացի հեշտացման և սակագների օպտիմալացման վերաբերյալ միջազգային գործընկերների հետ տարված բանակցությունների շնորհիվ: «ՀԿԵ» ՓԲԸ Ֆիրմային տրանսպորտային սպասարկման ճանապարհային կենտրոնի պետ Դմիտրի Գվոզդևն ասել է, որ զեղչերը տարբերակված են և հաստատվելու են տարբեր բեռների համար անհատապես: Բեռների որոշ տեսակների համար սակագները կիջնեն 80%-ով:
Զեղչերը կիրառվելու են ոչ միայն Ռուսաստանից Հայաստան իրականացվող բեռնափոխադրումների, այլև Հայաստանի տարածքով Ռուսաստանից Իրան, ԱՊՀ երկրներից Ռուսաստանի տարածքով Հայաստան եկող բեռների համար:
Առաջարկվող զեղչերը թույլ կտան նաև կրճատել ապրանքների վերջնական արժեքը, ինչը ձեռնտու է և՛ հայկական սպառողներին, և՛ տեղական արտադրողներին: Նվազելու են մասնավորապես հացահատիկի, անասնակերերի, սպիրտի և կոնյակի, մակարոնեղենի, պեռլիտի, հյութերի և հանքային ջրերի փոխադրման սակագները:
