Կինոնկարում նաեւ նկարահանվելու Է ամերիկացի դերասանուհի Քրիսթեն Ուիգը, որը հայտնի Է «Մարսիացին», «Նա» եւ «Ուոլթեր Միթի անհավանական կյանքը» ֆիլմերից:
Հունվարին գերմանուհի Մարեն Ադեի «Թոնի Էրդման» ֆիլմի օրիգինալ ժապավենը «Օսկար» մրցանակի Է անվանակարգվել « Օտար լեզվով լավագույն ֆիլմ» կատեգորիայում: Կատակերգության մեջ ներկայացվում Է դստեր՝ կոնսալտինգային ընթերության թոփ-մենեջերի հետ թոշակառու հոր հարաբերությունների պատմությունը: 2016 թվականի կինոնկարը նաեւ դարձել Է ֆրանսիական «Սեզար» կինոմրցանակի անվանակարգորդ: Նոր նախագծում Ադեն հանդես կգա որպես գործադիր պրոդյուսեր:
Ավելի վաղ հունվարին արտիստ Փիթեր Ֆոնդան հայտնել Էր Նիկոլսոնի՝ կենսաթոշակի անցնելու մասին: Նա ընդգծել Էր, թե չգիտի դերասանի այդ որոշման պատճառը:

79-ամյա Ջեկ Նիկոլսոնը ամերիկացի դերասան Է եւ ռեժիսոր: Նա «Օսկարի» Է անվանակարգվել 12 անգամ եւ այդ պարգեւն ստացել Է եռակի: Իր 60-ամյա կարիերայի ընթացքում Նիկոլսոնը խաղացել Է այնպիսի ժապավեններում, ինչպիսիք են՝ «Ուրացողները», «Ավելի լավ չի լինում», «Գայլը», «Բեթմեն», «Թռչելով կկվի բնի վրայով» եւ «Չինական թաղամաս» ֆիլմերը, ինչպես նաեւ Սթենլի Քուբրիքի «Ճաճանչ» կինոնկարում:
