Իսրայելի խորհրդարանի նախկին պատգամավոր, Իսրայել-Հայաստան խորհրդարանական բարեկամական խմբի հիմնադիր Ալեքսանդր Ցինկերը կարծում է, որ նախօրեին Բելառուսի կողմից Ադրբեջանին արտահանձնված բլոգեր Ալեքսանդր Լապշինը հետխորհրդային տարածքում միջպետական խաղերի զոհն է: «Բլոգերի արտահանձման դեմ արտահայտվել են եւ Ռուսաստանի, եւ Իսրայելի իշխանությունները: Իսրայելի կողմից գործընթացում ներգրավված են եղել Իսրայելի ԱԳ փոխնախարար Ցիպի Հո թովելին եւ Կնեսետի պատգամավոր Քսենիա Սվետլովան: Բավականին հեռուն գնացած այս կոնֆլիկտի բոլոր կողմերը փորձում են ստեղծված իրավիճակում մնալ «պարզերես»: Պաշտոնական Բաքուն չցանկացավ հետքայլ անել եւ պարզապես հրաժարվել իր պահանջից, բայց պատրաստ է ներում շնորհել Լապշինին, եթե վերջինս այդ խնդրանքով դիմի անձամբ Ալիեւին»,-«Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց Կնեսետի նախկին պատգամավորը:
Նա շեշտեց, որ Իսրայելը, որն իր ադրբեջանցի գործընկերներին առաջարկել է այս իրավիճակի հանգուցալուծման զանազան տարբերակներ, չի հանգստանա, մինչեւ իր քաղաքացին ազատ չարձակվի:
«Իմ տեղեկություններով՝ կա պայմանավորվածություն, որ Լապշինը չի մնալու ադրբեջանական բանտում: Պարզապես պատկերացնել, որ նման բան կարող էր պատահել ժամանակակից քաղաքակիրթ աշխարհում, բավականին բարդ է: Հավանաբար, ներկայումս առեւտուր է գնում, որտեղ Ադրբեջանը փորձում է Լապշինի դիմաց ինչ-որ դիվիդենտներ շահել: Կոնֆլիկտը կլուծվի, բայց նախկին խորհրդային երկրների միջեւ, ինչպես նաեւ Իսրայելի հետ ունեցած հարաբերություններում առաջացած բացերը լավագույն դեպքում պետք է նորովի լրացվեն. դրանք կարող են եւ խորանալ»,-եզրափակեց նա:
Բելառուսի Գերագույն դատարանը փետրվարի 7-ին մերժել է Ռուսաստանի և Իսրայելի քաղաքացի, բլոգեր Ալեքսանդր Լապշինի բողոքը՝ կապված Բելառուսի Գլխավոր դատախազության որոշման հետ, որով Լապշինը պետք է արտահանձնվի Ադրբեջան: Լապշինը նույն օրը հատուկ չվերթով տեղափոխվել է Մինսկից Բաքու ` պետական անվտանգության ծառայության աշխատակիցների ուղեկցությամբ: Ադրբեջանում ՌԴ և Իսրայելի քաղաքացի բլոգերին սպառնում է քրեական հետապնդում 281.2 (երկրի դեմ ուղղված հրապարակային կոչեր) և 318 (Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության պետական սահմանի անօրինական հատու մ) հոդվածներով: Երկու հոդվածներով Լապշինին սպառնում է մինչև 5 տարվա ազատազրկում:
