140 մլն դոլար՝ Որոտանի ՀԷԿ-երի համալիրի վերանորոգման համար

Միջազգային ֆինանսական կորպորացիան 140 միլիոն ԱՄՆ դոլարի չափով միջազգային ֆինանսավորման փաթեթ է ներգրավել «Որոտանի ՀԷԿ-երի համալիրի» համար, որը Հայաստանի խոշորագույն էներգարտադրող հաստատություններից մեկն է։ Սա Հայաստանի էներգետիկ ոլորտի առաջին ամենախոշոր միջազգային պարտքային ֆինանսավորման փաթեթն է: Ֆինանսավորումը կտրամադրվի «Կոնտուր Գլոբալ» միջազգային ընկերության դուստր կազմակերպություն հանդիսացող «Կոնտուր Գլոբալ հիդրո կասկադ» միջազգային էներգետիկական ընկերությանը, որը 2015 թվականին ձեռք է բերել «Որոտանի ՀԷԿ-երի համալիրը»։
Ֆինանսավորման փաթեթը ներառում է 45 միլիոն ԱՄՆ դոլարի չափով վարկ Միջազգային ֆինանսական կորպորացիայի սեփական միջոցներից և դրան զուգահեռ՝ 65 միլիոն ԱՄՆ դոլարի վարկ Գերմանական զարգացման բանկից, ևս 30 միլիոն ԱՄՆ դոլար՝ Գերմանիայի ներդրումների և զարգացման կորպորացիայից։
Տրամադրվող միջոցներով Կոնտուր Գլոբալը հնարավորություն կունենա վերանորոգել 404 ՄՎտ հզորություն ունեցող «Որոտանի ՀԷԿ-երի համալիրը», որի շատ մասեր գրեթե չորս տասնամյակի հնություն ունեն։ Համալիրի հզորության մեծացումն առանցքային նշանակություն ունի Հայաստանի համար, որի ընդհանուր էներգետիկ պահանջարկի շուրջ 90 տոկոսը բավարարվում է ներմուծված վառելիքի հաշվին։
