Բելառուսում Հայաստանի դեսպանի անինքնասիրությունը սահման չունի

Գագիկ Համբարյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.
Այսօր վերջապես խոսեց նաև Բելառուսում ՀՀ դեսպան Արմեն Խաչատրյանը...Սակայն ավելի լավ կլիներ ԼՌԵՐ,ինչպես միշտ է արել...
"Ազատություն" ռադիոկայանի հայկական ծառաությանը տված իր կարճատև հարցազրույցում սույն ԴԻՎԱՆագետը փորձել է արդարացնել իր անճարությունը,իսկ վերջում էլ մի անտրամաբանական և անիքնասեր հայտարարությունով է հանդես եկել..."Ճիշտ չեմ համարում, իբրև դեմարշ, Բելառուսից Հայաստանի դեսպանի հետկանչն ու այլ նմանատիպ քայլերը...Մենք պետք է պահպանենք դիվանագիտական հարաբերությունները, որովհետև միջազգային մի շարք կառույցներում մենք իրար հետ ենք, պետք է փորձենք այս վիճակից դուրս գալու լավագույն ճանապարհը գտնել...",-հայտարարել է Ա.Խաչատրյանը...
Ավելի զավեշտալի պատասխան չէր էլ կարելի լսել...Նախ,պարոն դեսպանը շատ մտահոգված է, որ Հայաստանի և Բելառուսի միջև դիվանագիտական հարաբերությունները կվատանան...Հետաքրքիր է, ի՞սկ այդ մասին Մինսկում չեն մտածում,երբ հերթական հակահայկական ձեռնարկին են մասնակցում...Մե՞նք պետք է միշտ մտածենք,որ հանկարծ չվիրավորենք Լուկաշենկոյին...Եթե պարոն Խաչատրյանը չգիտի,ապա հիշեցնեմ,որ վերջին մի քանի ամիսներին Բելառուսի "կովկասյան" արտաքին քաղաքականությունը բացահայտ հակահայկական է...Բելառուսը բացարձակ չէր մտածում,որ կարող է Երևանին վիրավորել և հայ-բելառուսական հարաբերությունները "վատացնել",երբ ապրիլյան կարճատև պատերազմի ժամանակ Լուկաշենկոյի ԱԳՆ-ն բացահայտ հակահայկական բարբաջանքներով հանդես եկավ...Կամ նույն Լուկաշենկոն միտումնավոր չժամանեց Սանկտ Պետերբուրգի ՀԱՊԿ-ի գագաթաժողովին,որ տապալի Հայաստանի ներկայացուցչին այդ կառույցի Գլխավոր քարտուղարի պաշտոնում ընրտելը...Կարող եմ ևս բազմաթիվ օրինակներ բերել,թե ինչպես էր Մինսկը շատ անգամներ վիրավորել Երևանին...Կամ այդ ո՞ր կառույցներում են համագործակցում Երևանը և Մինսկը...Կարո՛ղ է դեսպան Խաչատրյանը ասել...Այս օրինակները բերելուց հետո կարող են բարձրաձայնել,որ ոչ մի կառույցում Բելառուսը չի համագործակցում ՀՀ-ի հետ...Մինսկում ՀՀ դեսպանը կամ միտումնավոր ստում է կամ էլ հնացած տեղեկություններ մատուցում հանրությանը...
Իմ մոտ այնպիսի կարծիք է,որ Ազգային Ժողովի նախկին խոսնակը,ով այդ պաշտոնը զբաղեցնելու տարիներին շատ սիրում էր պետության հաշվին անիմաստ շրջագայել ավելի շատ մտածում է իր պաշտոնի՝Բելառուսում ՀՀ դեսպանի պաշտոնի մասին,քան Հայաստանի շահերի և մեր երկրի ինքնասիրության մասին...Շատ լավ գիտի,որ հետ կանչվելուց հետո էլ դիվանագիտական ոլորտում չի աշխատելու...
Պարոն դեսպանը պետք է հասկանա,որ Բելառուսի բռնապետն իր այս քայլով նաև վիրավորել է Հայաստանին...Ու նրա հետ կանչելը Մինսկից ամենամեղմ արձագանքն է,որ ՀՀ-ն կարող է տալ Բատկա կոչվածին...
Հ.Գ.Առաջարկում եմ Արմեն Խաչատրյանին ընդունել Բելառուսի քաղաքացիություն և պաշտպանել Լուկաշենկոյի շահերը մի ինչ-որ երրորդ երկրում...Դա վերջինիս մոտ ավելի լավ է ստացվում,քան Հայաստանի շահերի պաշտպանելը...
