Հարգելիներս, երևանցին, վանաձորցին, վայքեցին ու մյուս բոլորը մեղավոր չեն, որ սահմանագոտում չեն ծնվել ու պետք չէ առիթ անառիթ սահմանում բնակվելն ու այնտեղ ինչ որ դրական քայլ անելը նետել նրանց երեսին...
Ես նոյեմբերյանցի եմ ու ռազմական գործողությունները պատկերացնում եմ այլ տեսանկյունից, առավել ռեալ փաստարկներով: Երևանցին ու մյուսները կարող են իրենց մտահոգությունները կիսել առավել քիչ պրագմատիզմով և առավել շատ հուզականությամբ (խոսքը անշուշտ չի վերաբերվում ֆեյսբուքում Բաքվի դեմ սուր ճոճող ու զուգարանում ունիտազի վրա նստած պատերազմի կոչեր անող քոմենթահայերին), ու դա բնական է: Սակայն դա այդ մարդկանց մեղքը չէ, ավելին ասեմ, շատ ավելի լավ է, որ այդպես է, քանի որ պատերազմի սարսափներն ու զրկանքները որքան քիչ մարդ տեսնի, այնքան բարձր կլինի հասարակության հոգեկան առողջության տոկոսը և իմունիտետը: Ճակատագիրը յուրաքանչյուրիս բաշխել է իր ծննդավայրին ու մենք յուրաքանչյուրս բնակվում ենք տվյալ տարածքում առկա կոմֆորտով և տվյալ տարածքին բնորոշ պրոբլեմներով...
Սահմանագոտում բնակվելը, անշուշտ, լի է վտանգներով և պետությունը ամեն ինչ պետք է անի, որպեսզի ես, որպես նոյեմբերյանցի, արդարացված համարեմ այնտեղ իմ ապրելը: Ասենք՝ պետք է այնտեղից հանվեն բոլոր արագաչափերը, որպեսզի կրակոցի ժամանակ ես մտածեմ տուն հասնելու և ընտանիքիս անվտանգությունը ապահովելու, ոչ թե չնկարվելու մասին: Գյուղական բնակավայրերում, ինչպես Երևանում է արվում, բնակելի շինությունների կառուցում և հիպոթեքային ճկուն քաղաքականության միջոցով այդ բնակարանների ցածր տոկոսադրույքներով բաշխում և այլն, կարելի է տասնյակներով թվել: Սակայն դա պետք է արվի պետական մակարդակով, ոչ թե ֆեյսբուքում քափսլուք լատինատառ գրելով՝ արա ընդե կրակում են, էդ փողը որ ծախսում եք (ասենք պաղպաղակ եք ուտում) տվեք սահմանում ապրողներին...
