Թեև ապրիլին կայանալիք Ազգային ժողովի ընտրություններին պատգամավորների թեկնածուների պաշտոնական առաջադրման գործընթացը չի սկսվել, այնուամենայնիվ, փաստաբան Տիգրան Սարգսյանի սպասվող առաջադրումը հասարակական-քաղաքական դաշտում ակտիվ քննարկում ունեցավ:
 
Past.am-ը փորձեց փաստաբանից պարզել՝ որո՞նք է քաղաքականություն մտնելու պատճառները:
 
-Պարոն Սարգսյան, լինելով հաջողակ փաստաբան, ինչո՞ւ որոշեցիք մտնել քաղաքականություն:
 
-Գտնում եմ, որ յուրաքանչյուր իրազեկ և պատրաստված քաղաքացի պարտավոր է իր ներդրումն ունենալ երկրի ապագայի կերտման գործում: Ամիսներ առաջ, ինձ դիմեց մի տարեց կին և լացակումած խնդրեց, որ օրենքում փոփոխություն արվի, որով քաղաքացու բնակարանի նկատմամբ բռնագանձումն արգելվի: Նման հարցերով շատ են դիմում փաստաբաններին: Անմարդկային է, երբ ընտանիքի մի անդամի արարքի պատճառով, ամբողջ ընտանիքը զրկվում է բնակարանից: Բանկերը, օգտվելով քաղաքացիների խոցելի վիճակից, քանդում են ընտանիքներ: Չի կարելի մարդուն թողնել անօթևան: Աշխարհի շատ երկրներում օրենսդրությամբ սահմանված են արժեքներ, որոնք բռնագանձման ենթակա չեն: Եթե ընտրվեմ, ամեն ջանք կգործադրեմ, որ օրենքով արգելվի մարդուն անտուն դարձնելը:
 
-Բայց ԱԺ-ն առաջին ընթերցմամբ ընդունել է «ԴԱՀԿ-ի մասին» օրենքի և հարակից նախագծերի փաթեթը, որով առաջարկում է, անձին իր պարտականությունները չկատարելու դեպքում չզրկել միակ կացարանից:
 
-Շատ ձևական նախագիծ է: Ի՞նչ էին անում հինգ տարի: Ե՞րբ են հասցնելու հաջորդ ընթերցմամբ ընդունել: Նոր պառլամենտ է գալու շուտով:
 
-Ո՞րն է լինելու ընտրություններում Ձեր հաղթաթուղթը: Այսօրվա պատգամավորների հիմնական մասը կտրված է հասարակությունից:
 
-Ընտրողը չի ճանաչում իր պատգամավորին կամ պատգամավորն այնքան հեռու ու անհասանելի է թվում, որ մարդիկ վախենում էլ են նրան ինչ- որ հարցով դիմել կամ անհանգստացնել: Ես նպատակ ունեմ կոտրել այս կարծրատիպը: Նախընտրական քարոզարշավի ժամանակ տրամադրելու եմ հեռախոսահամարներս ու բնակության հասցես, դա չի փոխվելու իմ պաշտոնավարման ողջ ընթացքում: Պատգամավորը ամենօրյա ռեժիմով պետք է կապ պահպանի բնակչության հետ, որ կարողանա հասկանալ նաև օրենսդրության խնդիրները: Օրենսդրության խնդիրները հասկանալուց հետո պատգամավորը պետք է տարրական իրավական գիտելիքների տիրապետի, որ կարողանա օրինագծեր ներկայացնել: Ես առաջարկ եմ անելու, որից ընտրողը չի կարող հրաժարվել: Սպասեք պաշտոնական քարոզարշավը սկսվի: Անակնկալներ սպասվում են:
