Սեպտեմբերի 25-ին ՀՀ ՊՆ վարչական համալիրում տեղի է ունեցել պաշտպանության նախարարին կից կոլեգիայի հերթական նիստը` նվիրված զինված ուժերում հրամանատարական պատրաստության վիճակի, առկա խնդիրների ու բարելավման ուղիների, ինչպես նաեւ նշյալ ոլորտում առաջավոր փորձի ուսումնասիրման ու տեղայնացման հարցերի քննարկմանը:

Կոլեգիայի նիստի բացման խոսքով հանդես եկավ պաշտպանության նախարար Սեյրան Օհանյանը: Անդրադառնալով ներկայիս աշխարհաքաղաքական եւ տարածաշրջային իրադարձությունների զարգացման ընթացքին` նախարարը մասնավորապես նշեց, որ հատկապես նման իրավիճակում հայկական զինված ուժերում հաջողությունների կարելի է հասնել միայն զինված ուժերի առջեւ ծառացած խնդիրների հետեւողական իրականացմանը նպատակաուղղված հմուտ, գրագետ, բանիմաց հրամանատարական կազմի համապատասխան աշխատանքի արդյունքում:

Նիստի ընթացքում հիմնական զեկույցներով հանդես եկան ՀՀ ԶՈւ մարտական պատրաստության վարչության պետ, գնդապետ Տիրան Խաչատրյանը եւ ՀՀ ԶՈՒ ԳՇ օպերատիվ վարչության պետ, գեներալ-մայոր Արտակ Դավթյանը, ովքեր մանրամասն ներկայացրին վերջին շրջանում սպաների մասնագիտական կարողություններն ու մեթոդական վարպետությունը, ուսումնադաստիարակչական աշխատանքների արդյունավետությունը բարձրացնելու նպատակով կատարված աշխատանքները, արձանագրված որոշակի բացթողումները: Անդրադարձ կատարվեց արհեստավարժ սերժանտական համակարգի ներկայիս վիճակին, հրամատարական պատրաստության գործող ծրագրերի, դրանց կատարելագործման եւ առավել նպատակային դարձնելու հարցերին:

Ամփոփելով նիստի աշխատանքները եւ ի մի բերելով զեկույցներում հնչած փաստերն ու հետեւությունները` նախարար Սեյրան Օհանյանը զինված ուժերի մարտունակության առավել բարձրացման առումով եւս մեկ անգամ կարեւորեց սպաների մասնագիտական պատրաստության գործընթացի արդյունավետ կազմակերպման անհրաժեշտությունը: Ծավալված ակտիվ քննարկումների արդյունքում հետագա անելիքների վերաբերյալ նիստի մասնակիցներին տրվեցին նաեւ համապատասխան հանձնարարականներ:
