Բլոգեր, Ռուսաստանի և Իսրայելի քաղաքացի Ալեքսանդր Լապշինի արտահանձնումը Բելառուսից Բաքու մարտահրավեր է հենց միջազգային հանրության համար: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ի մամուլի սրահում հրավիրված ասուլիսում նշեց «Ընդդեմ իրավական կամայականությունների» ՀԿ գործադիր տնօրեն Լարիսա Ալավերդյանը:

«Լապշինի արտահանձնման գործով միջազգային վաղուց ճանաչված և կիրառվող նորմերի հանդեպ տեղի է ունեցել կոպիտ ոտնահարում, արհամարհանք: Դա մարտահրավեր է՝ ուղղված ոչ այնքան հայերին, որքան հենց միջազգային հանրությանը, քաղաքակիրթ երկրների հասարակություններին: Արտահանձնման գործի հետ կապված տվյալ դեպքում ունենք տղայական պայմանավորվածություն, միջազգային օրենքների կոպիտ ոտնահարում: Ի դեպ, Ադրբեջանն այս հարցով դիմել է մի քանի պետությունների և ստացել է մերժում: Մենք պետք է հասկանանք, որ Բելառուսը ևս մեկ անգամ հաստատեց իր քաղաքակրթական դաշտից դուրս լինելը»,-ասաց Լարիսա Ալավերդյանը:

Նա նշեց, որ Հայաստանի պետական քաղաքական մարմինները պետք է օգտագործեն բոլոր հարթակները` Ադրբեջանի նկատմամբ հասնելու հստակ ձևակերպումների, բանաձևերի, ինչու ոչ՝ պատժամիջոցների:

«Չի կարելի մարսել Ռամիլ Սաֆարովի (Բուդապեշտում հայ սպային կացնահարած ադրբեջանցի-խմբ.), Քյարամ Սլոյանի (Արցախի Պաշտպանության բանակի զինծառայող, ում ադրբեջանցիները գլխատել են մահից հետո քառօրյա պատերազմի ընթացքում-խմբ.) և այլ դեպքերը: Պետք է հստակ տեղ հասցնել այն միտքը, որ Ադրբեջանն իրեն պահում է որպես արգելված ահաբեկչական խմբավորում: Հավատացեք, դատարաններն անպայման հաշվի են առնում այն մթնոլորտը, որը ստեղծվել է մեդիա դաշտում բլոգերների, լրատվամիջոցների կողմից: Պետք է լինի միջազգային հանրության ճնշումը: Այստեղ շատ անելիք ունեն մեր բոլոր կառույցները»,-ասաց Լարիսա Ալավերդյանը:

«Ընդդեմ իրավական կամայականությունների» ՀԿ գործադիր տնօրենը, անդրադառնալով Բելառուսի պահվածքին, նշեց, որ այդ երկրին դաշնակից համարել պետք չէ: «Բելառուսը ոչ թե դաշնակից, այլ տաշտակից երկիր է: Բելառուսն իրեն պահում է ինչպես տաշտակից: Օգտվելով այս կամ այն տաշտակներից, երբևիցե իր վրա չի վերցնում որևէ պարտականություն: Նորաձև է դարձել Ռուսաստանին դեմ գնալը, միաժամանակ շանտաժի ենթարկելը, չէ որ Բելառուսն ինչ-ինչ դիվիդենտներ է փորձում ստանալ: Ի դեպ, չծախու քաղաքական գործիչներ չեն լինում, պարզապես նրանց գինն է տարբեր. եթե Հունգարիայի դե պքում (պետություն, որ Ադրբեջանին արտահանձնեց Ռամիլ Սաֆարովին-խմբ.) այդ գինը 3 մլրդ դոլար է, ապա հիմա խոսվում է մոտ 5 մլրդ դոլարի մասին: Նողկալի վիճակ է»,-հավելեց Լարիսա Ալավերդյանը:

Բելառուսի Գերագույն դատարանը փետրվարի 7-ին մերժել է Ռուսաստանի և Իսրայելի քաղաքացի, բլոգեր Ալեքսանդր Լապշինի բողոքը՝ կապված Բելառուսի Գլխավոր դատախազության որոշման հետ, որով Լապշինը պետք է արտահանձնվի Ադրբեջան: Ադրբեջանում ՌԴ և Իսրայելի քաղաքացի բլոգերին սպառնում է քրեական հետապնդում 281.2 (երկրի դեմ ուղղված հրապարակային կոչեր) և 318 (Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության պետա կան սահմանի անօրինական հատում) հոդվածներով: Երկու հոդվածներով Լապշինին սպառնում է մինչև 5 տարվա ազատազրկում:
