«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Բելառուսի Հանրապետության կողմից Իսրայելի և Ռուսաստանի քաղաքացի, բլոգեր Ալեքսանդր Լապշինին Ադրբեջան արտահանձնելու փաստը որքան էլ անսպասելի չէր, այնուամենայնիվ, խոսում է հայկական կողմի թույլ և տկար արտաքին դիվանագիտություն ունենալու մասին: Ու եթե դիվանագիտական հարթակի անգործությունը մեղմելու համար Հայաստանում Բելառուսի Հանրապետության դեսպանատան մոտ որոշ ակտիվիստներ բողոքի ցույց կազմակերպեցին, ապա Բելառուսում հայկական դեսպանատնից ոչ գվվոց լսվեց, ոչ էլ՝ բվվոց: Ավելին, Բելառուսում հայկական դեսպանատան կայքի ուսումնասիրությունից պարզ դարձավ, որ այտեղ 2016 թ. սեպտեմբեր ամսից ոչ միայն ժամանակն է կանգնել, այլև՝ կյանքը:
Քաղաքագետ Սերգեյ Շաքարյանցը «Փաստի» հետ զրույցում անդրադառնալով արտահանձնման փաստին նշեց, որ դժվար է պատկերացնել, թե Լուկաշենկոյի երևակայությունը մինչև որտեղ կարող է հասնել, սակայն սրանով Բելառուսը Հայաստանի համար դառնում է հակառակորդ պետություն:
«Այս քայլը հեռուն գնացող վտանգներ է պարունակում, քանի որ այլ երկրներում բազում հայեր կան, ովքեր բարեկամներ ունեն Արցախում, կամ ընդհանրապես այցելել են Արցախ: Այսինքն, սա սովորական երևույթ չէ, բայցև այն դեպքն է, երբ այն էլ ընտրություններից առաջ իշխող կուսակցությունը պետք է ցույց տա, որ իրականում կարողանում է տիրապետել իրավիճակին»,– ասաց Ս. Շաքարյանցը:
Ըստ քաղաքագետի՝ խոսքը կոնկրետ ու դիպուկ քայլերի և ոչ թե իշխանությունների կողմից հնչեցվող դատարկ խոսքերի մասին է: Եվ եթե երկրի նախագահն իր թիմով նման հարվածը կուլ տա, ապա դրա վերջը կարող է շատ ու շատ վատ լինել:
«Նորմալ պայմաններում, այսօրվա դրությամբ Հայաստանից պետք է արտաքսվեր Բելառուսի դիվանագիտական ողջ կորպուսը: Տղամարդկային քայլը դա է, բայց մերոնք դժվար նման քայլի գնան: Ինչ գնահատական կարելի է տալ այն ղեկավարությանը, որը դեպքերին արագ արձագանքելու ունակություններ չունի: Այս պայմաններում ինչու են իշխանությունները ցանկանում շարունակել ղեկավարել երկիրը: Ու եթե որևէ մեկին թվում է, որ տեղի ունեցածը շախմատային քայլ էր, ապա դա նշանակում է, որ անկարողությունը քրոնիկ բնույթ է կրում: Արտահերթ նիստ հրավիրիր, Սերժ Սարգսյան, ապտակի՛ր Լուկաշենկոյին»,– ասում է Ս. Շաքարյանցը:
Քաղաքագետի խոսքով` Լապշինի հետ կատարվածից առաջ նույնպես պետք էր արձագանքել, իսկ կան իրավիճակներ, երբ հարկավոր է ոչ միայն արագ արձագանքել, այլև կտրուկ քայլեր ձեռնարկել: Եվ ոչ թե սպասել այնքան, որ այս կամ այն երկրից հայերին նույնպես սկսեն Ադրբեջան արտահանձնելու որոշումներ կայացնել:
