Արարատն ու Արագածոտնը կապող ճանապարհին կամուրջների շինարարությունը կավարտվի մինչև տարեվերջ

Հայաստանի ելքն արտաքին շուկաներ ապահովող Հյուսիս-Հարավ ճանապարհային միջանցքի հարավային հատվածում նախագծման աշխատանքներն արդեն ավարտին են մոտենում: Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց ՀՀ տրանսպորտի, կապի և տեղեկատվական տեխնոլոգիաների նախարար Վահան Մարտիրոսյանը, գործընթացն իրականացվում է ներդրողների հետ համագործակցությամբ: «2017 թվականին շարունակվելու են աշխատանքները Տրանշ 2 եւ Տրանշ 3 հատվածներում»,-ասաց նախարարը: Տրանշ 2` Աշտարակ-Թալին ընկած ճանապարհահատվածում հողային աշխատանքները շարունակվում են: Անդրադառնալով Տրանշ 3` Թալին-Գյումրի ճանապարհահատվածին՝ Վահան Մարտիրոսյանը նշեց, որ այնտեղ շուտով կսկսվեն բետոնալցման աշխատանքները:
«Տրանշ 1-ում` Արարատ- Արտաշատ- Աշտարակ ճանապարհահատվածում կամուրջների շինարարությունը նախատեսվում է ավարտին հասցնել մինչեւ այս տարվա վերջ»,-ասաց նա: Ձմռան այս ցուրտ ամիսներին` եղանակային անբարենպաստ պայմաններում ճանապարհի աշխատանքները դանդաղում են: «5 աստիճանից ցածր ջերմաստիճանի դեպքում բետոնալցման աշխատանքներ հնարավոր չէ կատարել»,-հավելեց Վահան Մարտիրոսյանը:
«Հյուսիս-հարավ ճանապարհային միջանցքի ներդրումային ծրագիրը» խոշոր ենթակառուցվածքային ծրագիր է, որի նպատակն է միջազգային բարձր ստանդարտներին բավարարող 556 կմ ընդհանուր երկարությամբ Մեղրի-Երևան-Բավրա ավտոճանապարհի միջոցով երկրի հարավը կապել հյուսիսի հետ: Ռազմավարական կարևոր նշանակություն ունեցող այս ճանապարհի կառուցումը կապահովի Հայաստանի հարավային սահմանից դյուրին երթևեկը մինչև Վրաստանի սահման, ապա նաև դեպի Սևծովյան նավահանգիստներ, թույլ կտա իրականացնել եվրոպական չափանիշներին համապատասխանող բեռնափոխադրումներ և ուղևոր ափոխադրումներ, զարգացման լուրջ հնարավորություններ կընձեռի Հայաստանի հարավից հյուսիս ընկած բոլոր բնակավայրերին:
Ծրագրի հաշվարկային արժեքն է 1.2-1.5 մլրդ ԱՄՆ դոլար: 500 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլարի չափով հիմնական ֆինանսավորումն իրականացնում է Ասիական զարգացման բանկը (ԱԶԲ): Տրանշ 1-ն ընդգրկում է Արտաշատ-Երևան, Երևան-Աշտարակ հատվածները (ընդհանուր երկարությունը՝ 31 կմ) և կազմում է մոտ 60 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլար, Տրանշ 2-ը, որ ընդգրկում է Աշտարակ-Թալին հատվածը (երկարությունը՝ 41.9 կմ), կազմում է մոտ 170 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլար: Երկու Տրանշներով շինարարական աշխատանքներն իրականացնում է «Իզոլյուքս Կորսան» իսպանական ընկերությունը (կապալառու), իսկ ծրագրի կառավարման խորհրդատուն է բելգիական « ;Սաֆեժ և Էպտիսա» համատեղ ձեռնարկությունը (խորհրդատու):
