Ռուստամյանը Լապշինի արտահանձնումը հանցավոր գործարք է համարում

Բելառուսի կողմից բլոգեր Ալեքսանդր Լապշինին Ադրբեջանին արտահանձնելը հանցավոր գործարք է երկու երկրների բռնապետ առաջնորդների միջև:

Ազգային ժողովում խորհրդարանական ճեպազրույցների շրջանակներում լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանը նման կարծիք հայտնեց ԱԺՀՅԴ խմբակցության ղեկավար ԱրմենՌուստամյանը: «Դա ընդամենը մարդու իրավունքների խախտումների ռեկորդակիր հանդիսացող երկու բռնապետերի միջև հանցավոր գործարք էր: «Ակնհայտ է, որ սա զուտ քաղաքական որոշում է, արդյունք երկու բռնապետների միջև պայմանավորվածության: Որևէ դատական համակարգով այս ամենը չի անցել: Ակնհայտ էր, որ Լուկաշենկոն թելադրում էր, թե ինչպես պետք է ընթանա դատավարութ յունը»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ նշեց Ռուստամյանը:

Պատգամավորի խոսքով՝ այս հարցը պետք է այլ հարթություն տեղափոխել և դուրս գալ անձի համատեքստից: Նրա խոսքով՝ անձի խնդիրը կարելի է շատ հեշտ լուծել: Մանրամասնելով ասվածը՝ Ռուստամյանը չբացառեց, որ առաջիկայում Ադրբեջանը կարող է մարդասիրական հատկանիշների դրսևորել, ներել Ալեքսանդր Լապշինին և փոխանցել նրան Ռուսաստանին կամ Իսրայելին: «Հարցը պետք է դիտարկել այն տեսանկյունից, թե ի՞նչ է նշանակում այս արտահանձնումը:  Սա նշանակում է, որ բոլոր նրանք, ովքեր աշխարհի տարբեր վայրերում կոնֆլիկտային գոտիներ են այցելում, չեն հարցնում այս կամ այն երկրի թույլտվությունը: Այսինքն՝ դուրս է գալիս, որ բոլոր մարդիկ հայտնվում են Լապշինի վիճակում: Այս անհեթեթությանը պետք է վերջ տրվի: Պետք է հարց դրվի, որ մարդու իրավունքները գերակա արժեք են, մարդու տեղաշարժի իրավունքը չպետք է սահմանափակվի և բոլորովին կապ չունի, թե այս կամ այն հակամարտությունը լուծված է, թե ոչ: Երբ այս խնդիրը չի հստակեցվում, այդ ժամանակ բռնապետները փորձում են դառնալ մարդու իրավունքների հարգման առումով առաջնորդող»,- ընդգծեց Ռուստամյանը:

ՀՅԴ խմբակցության ղեկավարի խոսքով՝ այս հարցը պետք է տեղափոխել միջազգային ատյաններ, ոչ թե ակնկալել Լուկաշենկոյի կամ Ալիևի բարեհաճությունը:

Արմեն Ռուստամյանը նաև կարծիք հայտնեց, որ Ադրբեջանը նման քայլերի է գնում, քանի որ ԼՂ հակամարտության կարգավորման բանակցային գործընթացում հայտնվել է անհարմար վիճակում և ցանկանում է այդպիսի քայլերի միջոցով պարզերես դուրս գալ:

Բելառուսի Գերագույն դատարանը փետրվարի 7-ին մերժել է Ռուսաստանի և Իսրայելի քաղաքացի, բլոգեր Ալեքսանդր Լապշինիբողոքը՝ կապված Բելառուսի Գլխավոր դատախազության որոշման հետ, որով Լապշինը պետք է արտահանձնվի Ադրբեջան:

Լապշինը նույն օրը հատուկ չվերթով տեղափոխվել է Մինսկից Բաքու` պետական անվտանգության ծառայության աշխատակիցների ուղեկցությամբ:

Ադրբեջանում ՌԴ և Իսրայելի քաղաքացի բլոգերին սպառնում է քրեական հետապնդում 281.2 (երկրի դեմ ուղղված հրապարակային կոչեր) և 318 (Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության պետական սահմանի անօրինական հատում) հոդվածներով: Երկու հոդվածներով Լապշինին սպառնում է մինչև 5 տարվա ազատազրկում:
