Բլոգեր Ալեքսանդր Լապշինին Ադրբեջանին արտահանձնելու Բելառուսի քայլը հակասում է ՀԱՊԿ շրջանակներում Հայաստանի և Ռուսաստանի հետ դաշնակցային հարաբերություններին: Ազգային ժողովում խորհրդարանական ճեպազրույցների շրջանակներում լրագրողների հետ հանդիպմանը նման կարծիք հայտնեց ԱԺ ՀՀԿ խմբակցության ղեկավար Վահրամ Բաղդասարյանը: «Ալեքսանդր Լապշինին Ադրբեջան արտահանձնելը Բելառուսի նախագահի կողմից ճղճիմ քայլ է՝ որպես փոխ հատուցում Իլհամ Ալիևից ստացած Ադրբեջանի բարձրագույն շքանշանի: Սակայն նման քայլը հակասում է ՀԱՊԿ-ի շրջանակներում Ռուսաստանի և Հայաստանի հետ դաշնակցային հարաբերություններին»,- «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ նշեց Բաղդասարյանը:
Նրա խոսքով՝ Լապշինի ձերբակալությամբ Բելառուսի նախագահը փորձել է մեկ ձեռքով երկու նապաստակ որսալ: «Սկզբում նա փորձել է այդ եղանակով իր օգտին կարգավորել Ռուսաստանի հետ առաջացած խնդիրները էներգետիկ ոլորտում: Երբ դա չհաջողվեց, նա Լապշինին արտահանձնելու ճանապարհով փոխհատուցեց այն շքանշանը, որը վերջերս ստացել էր Ադրբեջանի նախագահից»,- մանրամասնեց Բաղդասարյանը:
Բելառուսի Գերագույն դատարանը փետրվարի 7-ին մերժել է Ռուսաստանի և Իսրայելի քաղաքացի, բլոգեր Ալեքսանդր Լապշինիբողոքը՝ կապված Բելառուսի Գլխավոր դատախազության որոշման հետ, որով Լապշինը պետք է արտահանձնվի Ադրբեջան:
Լապշինը նույն օրը հատուկ չվերթով տեղափոխվել է Մինսկից Բաքու ` պետական անվտանգության ծառայության աշխատակիցների ուղեկցությամբ:
Ադրբեջանում ՌԴ և Իսրայելի քաղաքացի բլոգերին սպառնում է քրեական հետապնդում 281.2 (երկրի դեմ ուղղված հրապարակային կոչեր) և 318 (Ադրբեջանի Հանրապետության պետական սահմանի անօրինական հատում) հոդվածներով: Երկու հոդվածներով Լապշինին սպառնում է մինչև 5 տարվա ազատազրկում:
