ԱԻ նախարարը Գերմանիայի դեսպանի հետ քննարկել է համագործակցության հարցերը

Փետրվարի 10-ին ՀՀ ԱԻ նախարար Դավիթ Տոնոյանն ընդունեց Հայաստանում Գերմանիայի Դաշնային Հանրապետության արտակարգ եւ լիազոր դեսպան Բերնարդ Մաթիաս Քիսլերին: Հանդիպման նպատակն էր խորացնել արտակարգ իրավիճակների ոլորտում հայ-գերմանական փոխհամագործակցությունը, ինչպես նաեւ՝ ստեղծել նշված ոլորտում տարածաշրջանային համագործակցության նոր հարթակ:
Ողջունելով դեսպանին` նախարար Տոնոյանը նշեց, որ Գերմանիայի Դաշնային Հանրապետությունն առաջիններից էր, որ աջակցություն ցուցաբերեց Հայաստանին արտակարգ իրավիճակների ոլորտի կայացման հարցում: Այդ աջակցությունից մեկնարկեց ԱԻ ոլորտում երկու պետությունների միջեւ ակտիվ համագործակցությունը, որի արդյունքն է նաեւ վերջերս ՀՀ ԱԻՆ-ի եւ ԳԴՀ կառավարության ներքին գործերի նախարարության դաշնային տեխնիկական օգնության բյուրոյի միջեւ ստորագրվելիք հուշագիրը: Նախարարը շեշտեց, որ արտակարգ իրավիճակների ոլորտը մարդասիրական բնույթ ունի, ուստի թույլ է տալիս օգտագործել տարածաշրջանային համագործակցության ողջ ներուժը:
-Տարածաշրջանային քաղաքական քարտեզը ճանաչելի չէ ճգնաժամերի եւ աղետների համար, դիմակայունությունն աղետներին եւ ճգնաժամերին, դրանց արագ արձագանքումն ու հետեւանքների վերացումը սահմաններ չեն ճանաչում, ուստի այս ոլորտում տարածաշրջանային համագործակցության մեկնարկը միջազգային խոշոր կառույցների հովանու ներքո ժամանակի հրամայական է, - նշեց ԱԻ նախարարը՝ որպես համագործակցության ձեւաչափ առաջարկելով համատեղ ուսումնավարժությունների հնարավոր անցկացումը:
Կողմերը քննարկեցին նաեւ փորձի փոխանակման հնարավոր մեխանիզմներն ու ծրագրերը, ԳԴՀ-ի կողմից աջակցությունը Հայաստանում կամավոր փրկարարական շարժումների կազմակերպման հարցում եւ այլն: Նախարարի հետ զրույցում դեսպանը կարեւորեց հուշագրի շրջանակներում աջակցությունը Գերմանիային ՀՀ ԱԻՆ Ճգնաժամային կառավարման ազգային կենտրոնի փորձը փոխառելու հարցում:
Եզրափակելով հանդիպումը՝ կողմերը պայմանավորվածություն ձեռք բերեցին խորացնել առկա համագործակցությունն ու աշխատել փոխգործակցության աշխարհագրական սահմանների ընդլայնման ուղղությամբ:
