Վատ սովորությունները շատ ավելի արագ և հեշտ են ձևավորվում, քան լավերը։ Զուգարան հեռախոսով գնալու սովորությունը այնքան էլ անվնաս չէ, որքան շատերը մտածում են։ Եթե հաճախ այդպես եք անում, ապա պետք է վերանայել այդ սովորությունը։

Այն, որ հեռախոսով զուգարան գնալու դեպքում դուք մոտ 2 անգամ ավելի երկար եք այնտեղ մնալու և ծախսելու եք Ձեր կյանքի թանկարժեք րոպեները, դեռ վատագույն խնդիրը չէ։

Գլխավոր խնդիր չէ նաև այն, որ շատ հաճախ սմարթֆոնները հայտնվում են ջրի մեջ։

Եթե զուգարանք եք գնում սմարթֆոնով, ապա մեծ է հավանականությունը, որ այն կվարակվի աղիքային մացիլով կամ սալմոնելոզով։ Եվ կարևոր չէ, թե ինչքան լավ եք լվացել ձեռքերը այնտեղից դուրս գալուց հետո։

Այդ վարակիչ միկրոբները ոչ միայն լավ են զարգանում մաշկի վրա, այլ նաև սմարթֆոնի էկրանին, որտեղ տաք է։ Իսկ հետո դուք անպայման այդ սմարթֆոնը կպցնելու եք երեսի մաշկին՝ հեռախոսազանգերի ժամանակ և նույնիսկ օգտվելու եք դրանից հաց ուտելու ընթացքում։ Այս վատ բացիլներով վարակվելու հետևանքները կարող են շատ ցավալի լինել, որոնք երբեմն կարող են հանգեցնել նույնիսկ մահվան։ Հարկավոր է հրաժարվել այս սովորությունից գոնե հասարակական զուգարաններում։ Հավելյալ ապահովության համար պետք է ժամանակ առ ժամանակ մանրէազերծել սմարթֆոնի էկրանը ալկոհոլ պարունակող լուծույթով կամ այլ ախտահանիչ միջոցներով։

Հիգիենայի կարևորությունը հնարավոր չէ գերագնահատել։ Իսկ այն թերագնահատելու դեպքում դուք կարող եք վճարել սեփական կյանքով։
