«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

«Հայաստանի գրողների միություն», «Հայաստանի նկարիչների միավորում», «Հայաստանի թատերական գործիչների միավորում», «Հայաստանի կինեմատոգրաֆիստների միավորում», «Հայաստանի կույրերի միավորում» և «Հայաստանի կոմպոզիտորների և երաժշտագետների միավորում» հասարակական կազմակերպությունները գույքահարկի որոշակի պարտքեր ունեն: Եվ այս պարտքերի նկատմամբ արտոնություն կտրվի: Կլինի գույքահարկի պարտքի զիջում, թե ուղղակի որոշ ժամանակահատվածով վճարի հետաձգում՝ պարզ կլինի փետրվարի 14–ին կայանալիք Երևան քաղաքի ավագանու նիստին:

«Հայաստանի գրողների միությունում» հավանական են համարում, որ նշված գումարը չեն գանձի: «Չորսհարկանի շենք է: Շատ դժվար է դրա պահպանությունը, գույքահարկի վճարումը, հատկապես, որ մենք ոչ մի տեղից չենք ֆինանսավորվում: Հուսով ենք, որ զիջման կգնան: Չնայած՝ նախորդ տարի չարեցին»,– ասաց միության հաշվապահը:
Նշենք, որ գույքահարկի արտոնություն տալու համար հիմք էր հանդիսացել վերոնշյալ ստեղծագործական միությունների և միավորումների խնդրանքը: 
«Հայաստանի գրողների միություն» ՀԿ–ին սեփականության իրավունքով պատկանող շինության մասով գույքահարկի գծով արտոնությունը կկազմի 1 միլիոն 686 հազար 900 դրամ, որից ապառքը 1 միլիոն 362 հազար 900 դրամ է, իսկ տույժը` 324 հազար դրամ: 
«Հայաստանի նկարիչների միավորում» ՀԿ–ին պատկանող շինության գույքահարկի գծով արտոնությունը կկազմի 6 միլիոն 987 հազար 900 դրամ գումարի չափով, որից ապառքը 5 միլիոն 136 հազար 800 դրամ է, տույժը` 1 միլիոն 851 հազար 100 դրամ:
«Հայաստանի թատերական գործիչների միավորում» ՀԿ–ին կտրամադրվի 1 միլիոն 782 հազար դրամի չափով արտոնություն, որից 1 միլիոն 307 հազար 400 դրամը ապառքն է, իսկ 474 հազար 600 դրամը՝ տույժ:

«Հայաստանի կինեմատոգրաֆիստների միավորում» ՀԿ–ին սեփականության իրավունքով պատկանող շինության մասով կտրամադրվի գույքահարկի գծով արտոնություն 1 միլիոն 871 հազար 900 դրամ գումարի չափով, որն ամբողջությամբ ապառքն է: 
«Հայաստանի կույրերի միավորում» հաշմանդամների ՀԿ–ին պատկանող շինությունների մասով կտրամադրվի գույքահարկի գծով արտոնություն հետևյալ չափով՝ 4 միլիոն 911 հազար 600 դրամ, որից ապառքը կազմում է 2 միլիոն 944 հազար 600 դրամ, իսկ տույժը` 1 միլիոն 967 հազար դրամ: 
«Հայաստանի կոմպոզիտորների և երաժշտագետների միավորում» հասարակական կազմակերպությանը սեփականության իրավունքով պատկանող շինության մասով տրվող գույքահարկի գծով արտոնությունը կկազմի 378 հազար 700 դրամ, տույժեր չկան:
