«Ժողովուրդ» թերթը գրում է. «ԱՊՀ երկրների Կովկասի բաժնի վարիչ, ռուս ռազմական փորձագետ Վլադիմիր Եվսեեւը «Ժողովուրդ» օրաթերթին տված հարցազրույցում հայտարարել է, թե Բելառուսի նախագահ Ալեքսանդր Լուկաշենկոն հարցականի տակ է դրել իր երկրի ներկայությունը ԵՏՄ-ում:
«Ալեքսանդր Լուկաշենկոն ներկայումս այրում է կամուրջները, որը փաստացի խաչ է քաշում նրա քաղաքական ապագայի վրա: Մոսկվան կամ Իսրայելը որեւէ ազդեցություն ունենալ չեն կարող: Սակայն պետք է հասկանալ, որ այսպիսի գործողությունները դառնում են անհամատեղելի հենց Բելառուսի ներսում Լուկաշենկոյին սատարման հետ: Այն քայլերը, որոնք Լուկաշենկոն արել է, եւ որոնք չեն համընկնում ռուս-բելառուսական հարաբերությունների հետ, դարձնում են անհնար միացյալ պետության գոյությունը»,- ասել է նա` հավելելով. «Ռուսաստանն ուղղակի չի կարող թույլ տալ, որ Լուկաշենկոյի պես գործիչը ստեղծի լուրջ խնդիրներ ռուսական տնտեսության զարգացման համար: Այսպիսի պայմաններում կարող է դրվել նրա փոխարինման հարցը»:
