Էլեկտրաէներգիայի համար վճարած 38,000 դրամը, հաշմանդամություն ունեցող Անուշ Փոփեյանի ընտանիքին նպաստից զրկելու պատճառ կարող է դառնալ:
«Ասացին՝ որոշումա կայացվել՝ եթե նպաստառու ընտանիքները հոսանքը շատ են ծախսում, նպաստները դադարեցվումա», - «Ազատությանը» պատմեց Անուշը: - «Դռնից ցուրտը փչումա, պատուհանից փչումա, ես ո՞նց չտաքացնեմ էս փոքրներին․․․ ցրտից թաթիկները սառել էր, հիվանդացել, հազ ունի», - հավելեց նա:
Սևան քաղաքի վթարային հանրակացարանի 14 քմ-ոնց, ցուրտ ու խոնավ սենյակն Անուշը տաքացրել է միայն էլեկտրականությամբ: Ասում է՝ հունվարը սաստիկ ցուրտ էր Սևանում, ու դա է պատճառը, որ նախորդ ամիսների համեմատ հունվարին ավելի շատ հոսանք են ծախսել: Կինն ասում է՝ գլխին պատուհաս դարձած հոսանքի վարձն էլ երևանցի երկու աղջիկներ են վճարել՝ որպես բարի կամքի դրսևորում:
Ծանր ավտովթարից հետո մեծ դժվարությամբ տեղաշարվող Անուշի ամսական եկամուտը՝ 47,000 դրամ է, որից 16,000-ը հաշմանդամության թոշակն է, մնացածը՝ ընտանեկան նպաստը:
Մինչև երևանցի բարեգործները հոսանքի գումարը կմուծեին՝ 14 քմ-անոց սենյակը 1 օրով հոսանքազրկվել էր: Անուշի հարևանուհու՝ Թամարա Միլիտոնյանի կենցաղային պայմանները գրեթե նույնն են, տարբերությունը մեկն է՝ նրանք վառարան ունեն: Հենց այս հարևանուհին է Անուշի երկու անչափահաս երեխաներին հոսանքազրկված սենյակից իր տուն տարել, որ չցրտահարվեն:
Մեր զրույցի պահին դպրոցից տուն մտած 7-ամյա Էրիկը տանն ուտելու բան այդպես էլ չգտավ: Թեև էլեկտրական սալիկը միացված էր, բայց բերանից դուրս եկող գոլորշին հստակ տեսանելի էր: Սառած մատներով մորը մեկնեց իր դպրոցական տետրերը: Իր գնահատականների նման գերազանց կյանք է երազում Էրիկը: - «Ուզում եմ լինի տաք սենյակ», - իր մեծ երազանքի մասին պատմեց փոքրիկը:
