Լուկաշենկոն քաղաքական բանտարկյալների առևտրի մեծ փորձ ունի, նա Լապշինին աճուրդի հանեց, բայց սխալվեց. բելառուսցի փորձագետ

Իրականում, Բելառուսի հարաբերություններն Ադրբեջանի հետ ավելի սերտ են, քան՝ Հայաստանի հետ: Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց բելառուսցի վերլուծաբան Վալերի Կարբալևիչը՝ խոսելով Արցախ այցելած բլոգեր Ալեքսանդր Լապշինին Բաքվին արտահանձնելու Մինսկի որոշման մասին:
Կարբալևիչն ասաց, որ Բելառուսի և Ադրբեջանի մտերմությունը բացատրվում է շատ պարզ. «Ադրբեջանն ավելի հարուստ է, ավելի շատ փող ունի: Ադրբեջանը կարող է ավելի շատ իրացնել բելառուսական արտադրանքը, այդ թվում՝ ռազմատեխնիկականը: Ժամանակ առ ժամանակ Մինսկը նավթ է գնում Բաքվից, երբ խնդիրներ են առաջանում Ռուսաստանի հետ, այնպես, ինչպես հիմա»:
Բելառուսցի վերլուծաբանը հիշեցրեց, որ 2010 թ.-ին Ադրբեջանը Բելառուսին վարկ հատկացրեց, երբ պաշտոնական Մինսկը դժվարություններ ուներ և Ռուսաստանին պիտի գազի դիմաց վճարեր:
Ինչ վերաբերում է Ալեքսանդր Լապշինին Ադրբեջանին արտահանձնելու Բելառուսի որոշմանը, ապա Վալերի Կարբալևիչը մեջբերեց Ալեքսանդր Լուկաշենկոյի հայտնած միտքն այս առնչությամբ, թե «հանձնարարել եմ ԱԳՆ-ին զբաղվել այս հարցով, ասել եմ, որպեսզի չլինի սկանդալ, փորձեք համաձայնեցնել հարցը Իսրայելի, Ռուսաստանի, Ադրբեջանի հետ: Եթե վերջիններս համաձայնեցնեն հարցը, մենք կանենք այնպես, ինչպես իրենք են պայմանավորվել: Իսկ պայմանավորվել որևէ մեկը չցանկացավ»:
Բելառուսցի փորձագետը Լուկաշենկոյի հայտարարության առնչությամբ ասաց, որ եթե դիվանագիտական այս լեզուն փոխակերպենք հասարակ լեզվով, ապա պատկերը հետևյալն է: «Ադրբեջանի պահանջով Լապշինին ձերբակալելով, Լուկաշենկոն նրան աճուրդի հանեց՝ ով և ինչ կարող է տալ նրա դիմաց: Հարց դրվեց, թե ազատազրկման դիմաց ինչո՞վ կվճարեք՝ նավթով, գազով, թե վարկով: Իսկ քաղաքական բանտարկյալների առևտրի Լուկաշենկոն մեծ փորձ ունի: Այստեղ Լուկաշենկոն, սակայն, սխալվեց: Որևէ մեկը չցանկացավ վճարել: Արդյունքում, Բելառուսի նախագահն ընկավ իր իսկ թակարդը, խորամանկեց ինքն իրեն»,- շեշտեց Կարբալևիչը:
Ըստ նրա, եթե անձն արդեն ձերբակալված է և որևէ մեկը չի ցանկացել նրան «գնել», ապա Բելառուսին մնում էր արտահանձնել նրան Բաքվին: «Բելառուսի համար սա դիվանագիտական վրիպում էր: Ադրբեջանի հետ լավ հարաբերությունների համար Բելառուսը փչացրեց իր հարաբերությունները ոչ միայն Հայաստանի, այլև՝ Ռուսաստանի ու Իսրայելի հետ»,- ընդգծեց նա:
Հարցին, թե Ռուսաստանի և Բելառուսի միջև լարվածության պատճառը ո՞րն է, Կարբալևիչը պատասխանեց, որ կա պատմական համատեքստ:
«Առաջինը. Ռուսաստանը կտրուկ մեծացրել է արտաքին քաղաքականության մեջ իր ուժային բաղադրիչը, ինչի հետևանքով մենք ականատես եղանք ուկրաինական ճգնաժամին, այսինքն՝ Արևմուտքի հետ «սառը պատերազմին»: Երկրորդը. Բելառուսն աշխարհի հետ Ռուսաստանի հակամարտության շուրջ չեզոք դիրք բռնեց: Երրորդը. նավթի համաշխարհային գների անկման հետևանքով տնտեսական ճգնաժամ սկսվեց ԵԱՏՄ-ում: Չորրորդը. այս ամենը համընկավ Բելառուսում սոցիալական սուր ճգնաժամի հետ»,- մասնավորապես փորձագետը:
