Ազգությամբ հայ 32-ամյա Դավիթ Բարսեղյանը մահացել է Շվեդիայում, շվեդական ոստիկանության արհամարհական վերաբերմունքի պատճառով: Այս մասին NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում նշեց նրա ընկերը՝ Խորեն Սինանյանը:

Ըստ Սինանյանի՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության քաղաքացի Դավիթ Բարսեղյանը որպես զբոսաշրջիկ մեկնել էր Շվեդիայի Օրեբրո քաղաք: Երեկոյան զբոսնելիս է եղել ընկերների հետ, երբ ինքնազգացողությունը վատացել է, ընկերները նստեցրել են մեքենան, որպեսզի տանեն հիվանդանոց, սակայն ոստիկանները կտրել են ճանապարհը  եւ թույլ չեն տվել Դավիթին հասցնել հիվանդանոց։

Ընկերների այն կոչերին, թե իրենց ընկերը լավ չի զգում, ոստիկանները ոչ մի կերպ չեն արձագանքել, նրանց իջեցրել են մեքենայից ու տարել բաժին: Ոստիկանական բաժնում նույնպես նրան օգնություն չի տրամադրվել, նրան բանտախուց են տեղափոխել, որտեղ էլ Դավիթը մահացել է: Նրան ոստիկանություն բերման ենթարկելու պատճառներն անհայտ են։

Շվեդ ոստիկանների փոխանցմամբ, Դավիթի ինքնազգացողությունը վատացել է ոչ թե մեքենայում, այլ գիշերը, բանտախցում. մինչեւ առավոտյան բժիշկները եկել են, արդեն ուշ է եղել։ 

Դավիթ Բարսեղյանը ամուսնացած էր, ուներ 2 անչափահաս տղա՝ 3 եւ 4 տարեկան:

Շվեդական դատարանում գործ է հարուցվել, հայկական կողմի փաստաբանն է Մարկ Սաֆարյանը: Դեպքի հետ կապված քննությունը շարունակվում է:

Այս առնչությամբ Հայաստանի ԱԳՆ մամուլի քարտուղար Տիգրան Բալայանը NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում նշեց, որ դեպքի հանգամանքները պարզելու համար ՀՀ դեսպանությունը դիմել է Շվեդիայի իշխանություններին, ընթանում է քննություն։
