Սեմյոնովկա համայնքում փորձարկվել են ընտրողների էլեկտրոնային գրանցում իրականացնող տեխնիկական սարքավորումները

Հայաստանում Եվրոպական միության պատվիրակությունը Գեղարքունիքի մարզի Սեմյոնովկա համայնքում 2017թ.-ի փետրվարի 12-ին մասնակցել է տեղական ինքնակառավարան մարմինների ընտրությունների ժամանակ ընտրողների էլեկտրոնային գրանցում իրականացնող տեխնիկական սարքավորումների փորձարկմանը:
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին Հայաստանում ԵՄ գրասենյակից, Հայաստանի ԿԸՀ-ն, որը պատասխանատու է ընտրությունների կազմակերպման համար, ներայացնում էին ԿԸՀ նախագահ Տիգրան Մուկուչյանն ու ԿԸՀ անդամները:
2017 թ-ի ԱԺ ընտրություններին ընդառաջ ԵՄ-ն տրամադրել է ֆինանսական աջակցություն իշխանություններին, որպեսզի իրականացվի նոր Սահմանադրությանը համահունչ Ընտրական նոր օրենսգրքի հիման վրա իշխող կոալիցիայի և ընդդիմադիր երեք կուսակցությունների ձեռք բերած քաղաքական համաձայնությունը: ԵՄ-ն տրամադրել է ավելի քան 7 միլիոն եվրո աջակցություն, որը ԵՄ անդամ Գերմանիայի և Միացյալ Թագավորութան ներդրումների հետ միասին կազմում է ընտրական գործընթացի միջազգային ֆինանսավորման 90%-ը: Ֆինանսավորման նպատակն է բարձրացնել Հայաստանի ընտրական գործընթացում թափանցիկությունը, անաչառությունը, ներառականությունը և արդյունավետությունը: Նոր տեխնոլոգիան կօգնի բարելավել ընտրողների նույնականացման գործընթացն ու կկանխարգելի կրկնակի քվերակությունը և ընտրական այլ խախտումները:
ԵՄ-ն հույս ունի, որ ԵԱՀԿ/ԺՀՄԻԳ-ի և Վենետիկի հանձնաժողովի միջազգային չափանիշներին ու առաջարկություններին համապատասխան նոր երաշխիքների արդյունավետ ներդրմամբ, հետագայում կավելանա ընտրական գործընթացի նկատմամբ վստահությունը:
