Բերձորում գործում է «Այո՝ Արցախին» շրջանային շտաբը

Արցախի Սահմանադրության հանրաքվեի իրազեկման նպատակով հունվարի 19-ից Քաշաթաղի շրջկենտրոն Բերձորում գործում է «Այո՝ Արցախին» շրջանային շտաբը, որը ղեկավարում է «Ազատ հայրենիք» կուսակցության շրջանային կառույցի նախագահ Արտուշ Մխիթարյանը:
Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, փետրվարի սկզբից Ա. Մխիթարյանը և Արցախի ժողովրդավարական կուսակցության շրջանային կառույցի նախագահ Հակոբ Սայամյանը համատեղ հանդիպումներ են անցկացնում շրջանի բնակավայրերում՝ ընտրողների հետ: Փետրվարի 12-ին հանդիպումը հյուսիսային թևի՝ Շալուա գետի աջափնյա Դրախտաձոր, Գանձա, Գողթանիկ, Ղազարապատ և Գանձայի գյուղական համայնքի կազմում գտնվող Բազմատուս բնակավայրերում էր: Առաջին հանդիպումը կայացավ Դրախտաձոր գյուղում: Այստեղ կա 11 ընտանիք՝ 84 բնակչով, որից 20-ը՝ երեխաներ : Բոլոր բնակավայրերում Ա. Մխիթարյանը և Հ. Սայամյանը ներկայացրեցին հանդիպման նպատակը և այն խնդիրները, որոնք հիմք են հանդիսացել Արցախի Սահմանադրության բարեփոխման և կառավարման նախագահական ձևին անցնելուն: Խոսելով 2006-ին ընդունված առաջին Սահմանադրության մասին՝ Ա. Մխիթարյանն ասաց՝ այն մեծ դեր ունեցավ մեր երկրի կյանքում, սակայն ներկա իրավիճակից ելնելով՝ եղավ անհրաժեշտություն, որ կատարվի սահմանադրական փոփոխություն: Գանձա գյուղում ներկաներին հետաքրքրեց տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմինների կազմավորումը նոր Սահմանադրության օրենքներով: Ադրադարձ եղավ երկրի սահմանների պահպանման խնդրին: Գողթանիկում ներկաներին հետաքրքրում էր նախագահական կառավարումն արդյոք չի խաթարի ժողովրդավարությունը: Նշվեց, որ նոր Սահմանադրությամբ Նախագահին հակակշիռ է գործելու Ազգային Ժողովը: Ղազարապատում նույնպես ներկաներին հետաքրքրողը Նախագահ-Ազգային ժողով հարաբերություններն էին: Բոլոր հարցերին տրվեցին պատասխաններ, պարզաբանումներ:
Ա. Մխիթարյանը տեղեկացրեց, որ շրջանի հարավային թևում ամբողջությամբ ավարտվել են հանդիպումներն ընտրողների հետ: Փետրվարի 13-ին եղավ այց Աղավնո գետահովտի Ծիծեռնավանք, Տանձուտ, Մոշաթաղ, Հակ, Հերիկ, Միրիկ, Լեռնահովիտ բնակավայրերեր, որով և կավարտվի հանդիպումների ծրագիրը: Համատեղ գործող 2 կուսակցությունների ներկայացուցիչները վստահ են՝ հանդիպումները կունենան դրական ազդեցություն, որ Քաշաթաղի շրջանի բնակիչներն «Այո» ասեն նոր Սահմանադրության ընդունմանը:
