Աթերոսկլերոզը և շաքարախտը կանխող հզոր ըմպելիք

Նարնջի հյութը յուղոտ սննդի կամ այսպես կոչված «արագ» սննդի ընդունման հետ միասին նվազեցնում է օքսիդատիվ սթրեսների և բորբոքումների հետևանքով օրգանիզմին պատճառվող բացասական ազդեցությունը` կանխարգելելով անոթային հիվանդությունները, այս մասին հայտնում են գիտնականները:
Բժիշկների կատարած հետազոտության արդյունքում առաջին անգամ ապացուցվել է, որ նարնջի հյութի օգտագործումը ճարպերով և ածխաջրատներով հարուստ սննդի հետ միասին, կանխարգելում է ազատ ռադիկալների և բորբոքային պրոցեսում գտնվող մոլեկուլների աճը:
Բորբոքային պրոցեսի հետ կապված խնդիրները շատ կարևոր են, քանի որ եթե սրան գումարվում է նաև գլյուկոզայի մեծ չափաքանակ, կարող են զարգանալ սրտանոթային հիվանդություններ:
Գիտնականները մի հետազոտություն են անցկացրել, որին մասնակցել են 20-40 տարեկան երեք խումբ տղամարդիկ և կանաք։ Նրանք չեն տառապել ճարպակալմամբ և օգտագործել են մոտովորապես 900 կկալ սննդային արժեքով նախաճաշ` հացից, ձվից և երշիկեղենից բաղկացած: Մասնակիցներից յուրաքանչյուրի օրգանիզմը ստանում էր 81 գ ածխածին, 51 գ ճարպ և 32 գ սպիտակուց:
Նախաճաշի ընթացքում առաջին խումբը խմում էր 300 մլ նարնջի հյութ, երկրորդ խումբը նույնքան ըմպելիք, որը պարունակում էր շաքար, իսկ երրորդ խումբը սննդի ընդունման հետ միասին խմում էր ջուր։ Գիտնականները մասնակիցներից վերցրել են արյան անալիզներ, ինչպես քաղցած ժամանակ, այնպես էլ սննդի օգտագործումից 1,3 ժամ և 5 ժամ անց։ Արյան առաջին վերլուծությունը ցույց է տվել, որ արդյունքները գրեթե համանման են, սակայն սննդի օգտագործումից հետո արված հետազոտությունը բացահայտել է, որ ազատ ռադիկալների քանակը աճել էր 62%-ով` ջրի օգտագործման դեպքում, 63%-ով` քաղցր հյութ խմելուց հետո և 47%-ով` նարնջի հյութ խմելու արդյունքում:
