Ինչպես են պատժում «օրենքով գողերին»

Քրեական աշխարհում «օրենքով գողերին» թագադրում է գողական «սխոդկան»՝ հավաքը: Սխոդկան նաև թագից զրկում է իր իսկ կարգած գողերին՝ նրանց կատարած սխալ քայլերի համար:
«Օրենքով գողը» ինքնուրույն չի կարող պատժել մեկ այլ «օրենքով գողի»՝ դա արվում է միայն «սխոդկայի» ընթացքում համապատասխան հիմքեր, ապացույցներ ներկայացնելու դեպքում: «Օրենքով գողը» նույնիսկ չի կարող ապտակել մեկ այլ «օրենքով գողի»՝ առանց «սխոդկայի» որոշման:
«Սխոդկաները» տեղի են ունենում կամ կալանավայրի տարածքում կամ ազատության մեջ՝ ռեստորաններում, քաղաքից դուրս գտնվող վայրերում: Շատ դեպքերում ծնունդները և այլ ուրախ առիթները քողարկում են «օրենքով գողերի» հավաքույթները:
«Օրենքով գողերի» նկատմամբ կիրառվող պատժամիջոցները հիմնականում երեքն են:
Առաջինը՝ ապտակ, այն հասցնում են սխալ թույլ տված «օրենքով գողին» «սխոդկայի» ընթացքում: Սխալ թույլ տված գողը չի կարող պատասխանել այդ ապտակին կամ խուսափել հարվածից: Ապտակից հետո գողի դիրքերը քրեական աշխարհում համարվում են խարխլված:
Հաջորդ պատժամիջոցը՝ «удар по ушам», այսինքն, «օրենքով գողը» զրկվում է իր կարգավիճակից և թագից: Այդպիսի գողերը զրկվում են «օբշակից» ստացվող գումարներից, չեն կարողանում վերահսկողություն հաստատել բիզնես ոլորտների նկատմամբ, իսկ կալանավայրում այլևս չեն քնում պատուհանի մոտ և տեղափոխվում են այլ անկյուն:
Երրորդ՝ ամենադաժան պատիժը մահն է: «Օրենքով գողին» մահապատժի են դատապարտում դավաճանության, ոստիկանության հետ համագործակցության, ընկերների դեմ ցուցմունքների, «օբշակի» թալանի համար:
Նախկինում «օրենքով գողին» կարող էր կյանքից զրկեր իր կարգավիճակին հավասար մեկը, այժմ սակայն, շատ հաճախ հրավիրում են պրոֆեսիոնալ քիլերների:
Շատ հաճախ «օրենքով գողերին» առաջարկում են դիմել ինքնասպանության և արյամբ քավել սեփական մեղքը:
