Դաշինքների Տըրնդեզ

Փետրվարի 13-ին  հայաստանյան հասարակությունը նշում էր Տըրնդեզը, հետաքրքիր զուգատիպությամբ այդ օրը քաղաքական դաշտում ևս տըրնդեզյան անցուդարձեր էին, ձևավորվում ու կազմալուծվում էին նախընտրական դաշինքներ։

Մասնավորապես Սեյրան Օհանյանը, Վարդան Օսկանյանն ու Րաֆֆի Հովհաննիսյանը ստորագրեցին նախընտրական դաշինքի հուշագիրը, մյուս կողմից այս դաշինք դեռ չմտած, այս դաշինքից դուրս եկան  Վիկտոր Դալլաքյանը, Արամ Զավենի Սարգսյանն ու Պարույր Հայրիկյանը իրենց կուսակցություններով։

Նախընտրական այս շրջանում քաղաքական դաշինքների պրակտիկան ընդհանուր առմամաբ կարող էր նորմալ և տրամաբանական ընկալվել, եթե  այդպիսի  դաշինքների մեջ չմիավորվեին լիովին տարասեռ քաղաքական ուժեր։ Բացի այս պարզվում է, որ մինչ դաշինքի վերջնական ձևավորումը քաղաքական դաշինիքի շուրջ բանակցությունները հիմնական սահմանափակվել էին ցուցակի կազմման խնդիրներով և խոսակցություններով։ Այս մասին հայտարարեց Պարույր Հայրիկյանը։  Մյուս կողմից Վիկտոր Դալլաքյանն իր հայտարարությամբ բացահայտեց, որ յաս ընթացքում տեղի են ունեցել ստվերային և լոբբինգային գործընթացներ՝ կրկին ցուցակի ձևավորման հարցով։

Դալլաքյանը նշել էր, որ դաշինքի ձևավորման գործում ակտիվ դերակատարություն է ոնեցել Սամվել Բաբայանը։

Թե ինչ այլ ստվերային գործընթացներ են տեղի ունեցել այս դաշինքի շուրջ ամենայն հավանականությամբ պարզ կդառնա առաջիկայում, սակայն այս դաշինքն արդեն իսկ մի շարք հարցեր է առաջադրում։ Եթե այս շրջանում մի շարք քաղաքական ուժեր հավակնելով դերակատարություն ստանձնել երկրի քաղաքական կյանքում, մեծ դժվարությամբ են ընդհանուր հայտարարի գալիս դաշինքի ցուցակի շուրջ, ապա հարց է առաջանում, թե նրանք ինչ ծրագրով և ինչ տեսլկանով են տանելու նախընտրական քարոզարշավ և որ ամենակարևորն է, ինչպես են պատկերացնում իրենց գործունեությունը խորհրդարանում։

Պետք է խոստովանել, որ արդեն իսկ այս շրջանում ակնհայտ է, որ մենք գործ ունենք չափազանց արհեստականորեն ստեղծված քաղաքական միավորման հետ, որը ապագան մեղմ ասած շատ անորոշ է։

Բացի այս հուշագիրն ստորագրելուց հետո ընդդիմադիրի դերում է հայտնվում Պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար Սեյրան Օհանյանը, որն արդեն խոսում է երկրում քաղբանտարկյալների առկայության մասին։

Արդյոք Օհանյանին կհաջողվի ապացուցել իր ընդդիմադիր լինելը և արդյոք նա կարող է հստակ և հրապարակային կերպով ներկայացնել հայաստանյան հասարկությանը տարիներ շարունակ վարչակարգի առանցքայի գործիչներից մեկը լինելու իր շարժառիթները, դժվար է ասել։  Մյուս կողմից Դալլաքյանի հայտարարաությունից հետո պարզ է դառնում, որ այս դաշինքի երևացող ուժերի ետևում կան նաև այլ շրջանակներ, ինչն արդեն իսկ ստվերում է դաշինքի գործունեությունն ու պագան, քանի որ ակնհայտորեն վերջինս ղեկավարվում է բոլորովին այլ ուժային կենտրոններից։ Թե ինչ հետևանք կունենա այս հանգամանքը դաշինքի համար, պարզ կդառնա արդեն ապրիլի 2-ին։
