ՀՀԿ-ի ցուցակն ինչպես միշտ, այս անգամ եւս շատ խայտաբղետ է: Թեեւ ընդամենը երկու շաբաթ առաջ ՀՀԿ-ականները խոսում էին կուսակցության թարմացման ու ինքնամաքրման մասին, այնուամենայնիվ, ինչպես տեսնում ենք, քաղաքական տվյալ կառույցում իրականացվել են թեթեւ կոսմետիկ միջամտություններ, որի շուրջ էլ Past.am-ը զրուցեց քաղաքագետ Գագիկ Համբարյանի հետ:

«Նախեւառաջ մենք պետք է տարբերակենք կուսակցության համապետական ու ռեյտինգային ցուցակները: Ես այն կարծիքին եմ, որ վարկանիշային այն ցուցակը, որը ներկայացվել է ՀՀԿ-ի կողմից ուղղակի շատ մեծ խնդիրներ է առաջացնում այն առումով, որ ՀՀԿ-ն հայտարարել էր ինքնամաքրման գործընթաց, սակայն իրականում մենք տեսնում ենք ինքնամաքրման շատ քիչ նշույլներ»,- ասաց նա:

Ինչպես նշեց քաղաքագետը, ՀՀԿ-ի վարկանիշային ցուցակներում ընդգրկված են մարդիկ, որոնք ընդամենը կոճակ սեղմող են. «Խնդիրը կայանում է հետեւյալում. մարդիկ, որոնք տարիներ շարունակ եղել են նույն Ազգային ժողովում, իհարկե, դա ոչ բոլորին է վերաբերվում, ցավոք սրտի, այն անձինք են, որոնք եւ՛ Երեւանում, եւ՛ մարզերում կարող են ձայն ապահովել ՀՀԿ-ի համար: Սրան ի հակակշիռ նույն ՀՀԿ-ն գերադասել է իր համապետական ցուցակի գոնե առաջին տասնյակում ընդգրկել քիչ թե շատ ինտելեկտուալ խավին»:

Քաղաքագետը ուշադրություն դարձրեց մեկ այլ կարեւոր խնդրի եւս. «ՀՀԿ-ի երկրորդ տասնյակը լուրջ հարցեր է առաջ բերում, եթե առաջին տասնյակը պաշտոններ ստանա, փաստորեն մենք շարունակելու ենք ունկնդրել նույն Գալուստ Սահակյանին, Հերմինե Նաղդալյանին եւ հասարակության համար արդեն երկար տարիներ ծանոթ այլ անձանց: Ցավոք սրտի, մենք չստացանք այն, ինչ փնտրում էինք: Մեր հաջորդ ԱԺ-ն կլինի գրեթե նույնը, ինչ ներկայիս ԱԺ-ն»:
