ԵԱՏՀ-ն որոշումներ Է մշակել ԵԱՏՄ-ի Մաքսային օենսգրքի լիարժեք կիրարկման համար

Եվրասիական տնտեսական հանձնաժողովը (ԵԱՏՀ) Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության (ԵԱՏՄ) կայքում սկսել Է ԵԱՏՄ-ի Մաքսային օրենսդրության առաջնահերթ որոշումների նախագծերի զետեղումը: Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրել են ԵԱՏՀ-ի մամուլի ծառայությունից, նախագծերը հրապարակվել են կանոնակարգող ներգործության գնահատում անցկացնելու համար: Որոշումները պետք Է ուժի մեջ մտնեն Միության նոր Մաքսային օրենսգրքի հետ միաժամանակ: Ընդամենը ցանկում 26 առաջնահերթ հարցեր են, որոնք պահանջում են Հանձնաժղովի որոշումների մշակում եւ առանց որոնց նոր Օրենսգիրքը չի կարողանա լիարժեք գործել:    
Ներկայում հասարակական քննարկման են ներկայացված այն երեք որոշումների նախագծերը, որոնք կանոնակարգում են լիազոր տնտեսական գործարկուների (ԼՏԳ) գործունեությունը: Այդ նախագծերը վերաբերում են ԼՏԳ-ի գրանցամատյանում ներառման մասին վկայականի ձեւի սահմանմանը, դրա լրացման կարգին եւ հայտարարման ձեւին, որը ԼՏԳ-ի կարգավիճակի ստացման թեկնածուն կներկայացնի գրանցամատյանում ներառվելու համար:   
Որոշումները կպարզեցնեն ընթացակարգերն այն իրավական անձանց համար, որոնք հավակնում են ներառվել գրանցամատյանում: Նոր կանոններով՝ լիազոր տնտեսական գործարկուի կարգավիճակի ստացման կարող են հակակնել արտաքին տնտեսական գործունեության բոլոր մասնակիցները. արտահանողները, ներմուծողները, փոխադրողները, ժամանակավոր պահման պահեստների սեփականատերերը: Նախագիծը դրական  ազդեցություն կգործի կարգավորման հասցեատերերի վրա:   
ԵԱՏՀ-ի որոշումների նախագծերը մշակելիս հաշվի են առնվել Համաշխարհային մաքսային կազմակերպության ստանդարտները եւ Եվրամիության  փորձը, միջազգային ստանդարտները եւ առաջավոր պրակտիկան:
