Սիրիայի նախագահը խոսել է ահաբեկչության դեպ պայքարում ծավալվող զարգացումների մասին

Հալեպի մատույցներից «Իսլամական պետության» ահաբեկիչների դուրս վռնդումը Սիրիայի նախագահ Բաշշար Ալ-Ասադը չի համարում ահաբեկչության դեմ լիակատար հաղթանակ: Այս մասին նա հայտնել է ֆրանսիական «Եվրոպա 1» ռադիոկայանի և TF1 հեռուստաընկերության հետ ունեցած հարցազրույցի ժամանակ:
«Չի կարելի խոսել հաղթանակի մասին, քանի որ դեռևս չենք հաղթել Սիրիայի ողջ տարածքում գտնվող ահաբեկիչներին: Հալեպի ազատագրումը լուրջ քայլ է երկրում ահաբեկչության դեմ պայքարի ճանապարհին, սակայն դա երկար ճանապարհ է, քանի որ ահաբեկիչները աջակցություն են ստանում տարածաշրջանային մի շարք երկրներից` Թուրքիայից, Սաուդյան Արաբիայից ու Քաթարից»,- ասել է Սիրիայի նախագահը:
Սիրիայի նախագահը նշել է, որ Հալեպի շրջակայքում ռազմական գործողությունները կշարունակվեն, քանի դեռ քաղաքն այն հարձակումներից պաշտպանված չէ արևմտյան և հյուսիսային կողմերից, որտեղից ահաբեկիչները ստանում են Թուրքիայի և թուրքական բանակի աջակցությունը:
Սիրիայի նախագահը հավելել է նաև, որ Հալեպի հետ կապված ռազմական գործողությունների շարունակումը պայմանավորված է իրավիճակի հնարավոր փոփոխություններով: «Այնուամենայնիվ, ահաբեկիչների ազդեցությունից ցանկացած շրջանի ազատագրում խոսում է ահաբեկչության դեպ պայքարի դրական ընթացք ունենալու մասին»,- ասել է Ասադը:
Պետության ղեկավարը նշել է, որ ըստ միջազգային օրենքների, նրանք, ովքեր զենք են վերցնում մարդկանց և նրանց սեփականությունը ոչնչացնելու համար, ահաբեկիչներ են, իսկ ովքեր պատրաստ են իրենց զենքը վայր դնել հանուն օրենքների, չեն կարող համարվել ահաբեկիչներ: «Մեր պարտքն է ահաբեկիչներից ազատագրել հայրենի հողի յուրաքանչուր հատվածը»,- իր խոսքը եզրափակել է Սիրիայի Արաբական հանրապետության նախագահը:
Փետրվարի 17-ին Սիրիայի կառավարությունը դիմել էր Միացյալ ազգերի կազմակերպության (ՄԱԿ) անվտանգության խորհրդին` պահանջելով ստիպել Անկարային վերջ տալ Սիրիայի դեմ կրկնվող հարձակումների և խախտումների քաղաքականությանը:
Սիրիայի արտաքին գործերի նախարարության՝ ՄԱԿ-ին ուղարկած նամակում նշված է. «Սիրիայի Արաբական Հանրապետությունը պահանջում է, որ ՄԱԿ-ի անվտանգության խորհուրդը կատարի միջազգային խաղաղության և անվտանգության պահպանման շուրջ իր պարտավորությունները»:
Սիրիայի ԱԳՆ-ն ՄԱԿ-ից, մասնավորապես, պահանջել է վերջ տալ Թուրքական վարչակարգի կողմից սիրիական ժողովրդի դեմ իրականացվող խախտումներին:
