Հազը հիվանդություն չէ, այլ օրգանիզմի պատասխան ռեակցիան է շնչառական ուղիներում ընթացող տարբեր ախտաբանական պրոցեսների նկատմամբ։ Երկարատև կամ նոպայաձև հազը սովորաբար անհանգստություն շատ է պատճառում: Եթե հազն ուժեղ է և ցավում են մկանները, հնարավոր է ձեր մոտ թոքաբորբ է սկսվում։
Past.am-ը ներկայացնում է հազի բուժման ոչ դեղորայքային միջոցներ:
- 2 ճաշի գդալ եռագույն մանուշակը երեկոյան լցնել թերմոսի մեջ 2 բաժակ եռջացրած ջրով: Առավոտյան քամել այն եւ խմել կես բաժակ, ուտելուց 30 րոպե առաջ:
- Եզան լեզվի թարմ տերեւներից քամած հյութին ավելացնել մեղր (0.5 բաժակ հյութին` 1 թեյի գդալ մեղր): Խմել օրվա ընթացքում: Պետք է ասել, որ այս բուժամիջոցը օգտակար է նաեւ ստամոքսի խոցի դեպքում:
- Կոճապղպեղի (իմբիրի) արմատն ունի բուժիչ հատկություն: Կաթի մեջ լցնել 1 թեյի գդալ կոճապղպեղի փոշի, ապա եռացնել, ավելացնել մեղր ու խմել:
- Ուժեղ ազդեցությամբ է օժտված սխտորը: Եթե 100 գ սխտորի խյուսին խառնենք 500 գ բադի ճարպ ու այն տաքացնենք եռացող ջրի գոլորշու վրա, հիանալի ազդեցություն կունենա:
