Քաղաքագետ Արմեն Բադալյանը գտնում է, որ առաջիկա ԱԺ ընտրությունները ապրիլի երկուսից հետաձգելու հետ կապված աղմուկը արհեստական էր:
«Եթե նախորդ տարվա ընթացքում ընդդիմադիր ուժերը ակտիվ գործունեություն չեն իրականացրել ընտրազանգվածին իրենց կողմը գրավելու համար, որը կկարողանան քարոզարշավի ժամանակ ներկայացնել, ապա բացարձակ նշանակություն չունի՝ ընտրությունները ապրիլի երկուսի՞ն կլինեն, թե յոթ օր հետո»,- Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց նա՝ անդրադառնալով հարցին, թե ինչու քաղաքական կոնսենսուս չկա ընտրությունների օրը տեղափոխելու հարցի հետ կապված՝ հաշվի առնելով, որ ընդդիմությունից շատերը այդ հարցը բարձրացրել էին:
Ըստ Արմեն Բադալյանի՝ ընդդիմադիր ուժերը, եթե հասկանային քաղաքական գործընթացներից, ապա ընդհանրապես ապրիլի երկուսի հետ կապված ձայն չէին բարձրացնի, և դա կօգտագործեին իշխանության դեմ:
«Նրանք բարոյական կողմը մի կողմ կդնեին և ձայն չէի հանի, բայց քանի որ նրանց մեկ շաբաթ ավելի էր պետք այս դաշինքային բանակցային գործընթացները ավարտելու համար և մի քարոզարշավը մեկ շաբաթ ավելի իրականացնելու համար, նրանք այդ արհեստական հարցը բարձրացրեցին, իսկ հիմա ձայն չեն հանում, քանի որ բոլորը իրենց դաշինքները պարզեցին»,-ասաց նա և նշեց, որ որևէ կարևորություն չկա՝ ընտրությունները կլինեն ապրիլի 2-ի՞ն, թե 9-ին:
«ՀՀԿ-ի համար ի սկզբանե տարբերություն չկա, քանի որ նա իր քարոզարշավը սկսել էր անցած տարվանից»,-ասաց նա:
