Ֆիլիպինների նախագահին մեղադրել են հանցագործներին եւ ընդդիմախոսներին վերացնելու հրամաններ տալու մեջ

Ֆիլիպինների ներկայիս նախագահ Ռոդրիգո Դուտերտեն, լինելով Դավաոյի քաղաքագլուխը, հրամայում Էր այսպես կոչված մահվան ջոկատի անդամներին՝ հաշվեհարդար տեսնել հանցագործների հետ, ինչի համար նրանք վարձատրություն Էին ստանում: Ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը, այս պնդումով երկրի Սենատում (խորհրդարանի վերին պալատ) կայացած մամուլի ասուլիսում հանդես Է եկել նախկին ոստիկան Արթուրո Լասկանասը:
«Բոլոր այն սպանությունների համար, որ մենք կատարում Էին Դավաոյում… վճարում Էր քաղաքագլուխ Ռոդի Դուտերտեն»,-Reuters գործակալությունը մեջբերել Է պաշտոնաթող ոստիկանի խոսքը:
Լասկանասն ասել Է, որ Դուտերտեն նաեւ կարգադրում Էր վերացնել իր ընդդիմախոսներին: Ինչպես պնդել Է նախկին ոստիկանը, ներկայիս նախագահը, լինելով քաղաքագլուխ, հրամայել Է վերացնել մի ռադիոհաղորդավարի, որը քննադատական դիտողություններ Էր անում նրա հասցեին:
Իր հերթին ֆիլիպինյան պետության ղեկավարի մամուլի քարտուղար Մարտին Անդանարը CNN Philippines հեռուստաալիքին տված հարցազրույցում Լասկանասի արած հայտարարությունները որակել Է «ձգձգվող քաղաքական դրամա» եւ «Դուտերտեի կերպարը ոչնչացնելու» նրա քննադատների փորձ:
Պետության գործող ղեկավարն ինքը ավելի վաղ հայտարարում Էր, որ, լինելով Դավաոյի քաղաքագլուխը, անձամբ Էր սպանում ենթադրյալ հանցագործներին, որպեսզի ոստիկանության աշխատակիցներին այն բանի օրինակ ծառայի, թե ինչպես պետք Է հաշվեհարդար տեսնել քրեական տարրերի հետ:
Ֆիլիպինների սենատորները նշել են, որ այս հայտարարությունների համար Դուտերտեի նկատմամբ կարող Է իմպիչմենտի ընթացակարգ սկսվել:
Դուտերտեն Դավաոյի քաղաքագլխի պաշտոնն զբաղեցրել Է 1988-ից մինչեւ 1998, 2001-ից մինչեւ 2010 եւ 2013-ից մինչեւ 2016 թվականները, հաղորդել Է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
