ՍԱՊԾ ղեկավարն աշխատանքային այց է կատարել Շիրակի մարզ. նախատեսվում են փոփոխություններ

 ՀՀ ԳՆ սննդամթերքի անվտանգության պետական ծառայության պետ Իշխան Կարապետյանն աշխատանքային այց է կատարել Շիրակի մարզ՝ տեղում քննարկելու ՍԱՊԾ տարածքային կառույցների ու Բավրայի սահմանային հսկիչ կետի  աշխատանքներն ու կարողություններն ավելացնելու հնարավորությունները: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԳՆ ՍԱՊԾ տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:

Ծառայության Շիրակի մարզային կենտրոնում տեղի ունեցած հանդիպման ընթացքում Իշխան Կարապետյանը ներկայացրել է այն սկզբունքները և մոտեցումները, որոնք բխում են ՀՀ կառավարության ծրագրից և միտված են բարձրացնելու սննդամթերքի անվտանգության ապահովման համակարգի և գործիքակազմի արդյունավետությունը: Քննարկվել է մարզում գործող սննդի շղթայի օպերատորների հաշվառման ընթացքը՝ տնտեսավարողների ամբողջական բազա ունենալու նպատակով,  ինչպես նաև որոշվել՝ եռամսյա պարբերականությամբ գործողությունների առաջնահերթություններն ու ծրագրերը ներկայացնել Ծառայություն՝ ըստ առանձին ոլորտների: Հաշվի առնելով, որ արդեն շրջանառության մեջ է դրվել հանրապետությունում ամբողջությամբ սպանդանոցային մորթի անցնելու օրենսդրական փաթեթը՝ ՍԱՊԾ պետը հանձնարարել է մարզում կատարել նախապատրաստական աշխատանքներ՝ ուժեղացնելով վերահսկողությունը մսի իրացման շուկայում: Մարզային կենտրոնի ղեկավար Անուշ Մնացականյանը քննարկման է ներկայացրել առկա ռեսուրսներն ու կարիքները, պայմանավորվածություն է ձեռք բերվել կենտրոնի շենքային պայմանները բարելավելու մասին: Հանդիպման ընթացքում նախանշվել են նաև ռիսկային հանդիսաց ող և պատշաճ հսկողություն պահանջող ոլորտները, դրանք կարգավորելու ուղիները, կարևոր է համարվել, որ տնտեսավարողներին ՍԱՊԾ մասնագետներն աջակցեն համապատասխան խորհրդատվությամբ ու տեղեկատվությամբ: «Անելիքներ շատ կան, կարևոր է մեզանից յուրաքանչյուրի ներդրումն ու արդյունավետ աշխատանքը՝ սննդամթերքի անվտանգության ոլորտում որակական փոփոխության հասնելու համար»,-ասել է Իշխան Կարապետյանը հանդիպման ավարտին: Քննարկմանը ներկա են գտնվել նաև ԱԺ գյուղատնտեսական և բնապահպանական հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Մարտուն Գրիգորյանը, Ծառայության պաշտոնյաներ:

ՍԱՊԾ ղեկավարը շրջայց է կատարել «Հանրապետական անասնաբուժասանիտարական և բուսասանիտարական լաբորատոր ծառայությունների կենտրոն» ՊՈԱԿ-ի Գյումրիի մասնաճյուղում, որն առաջիկայում նախատեսվում է վերանորոգել և վերազինել ՌԴ-ի հետ աջակցության համաձայնագրով ստացված գերժամանակակից սարքավորումներով: Միաժամանակ, հաշվի առնելով Գյումրիի աշխարհագրական դիրքն ու բեռնափոխադրման մեծ հոսքը, կարևոր է համարվել հանրապետության երկրորդ քաղաքում նույնպես ստեղծել բոլոր հնարավոր պայմանները՝ տնտեսավարողների համար ներմուծման-արտահանման գործընթացներ առավել պարզ ու արագ կազմակերպելու, անհրաժեշտ փորձաքննությունները տեղում ու սեղմ ժամկետներում կատարելու համար: 

ՍԱՊԾ ղեկավարությունը նաև Բավրայի հսկիչ կետում է ծանոթացել տեսուչների աշխատանքին, տեղում քննարկել արտահանում-ներմուծմանը և փաստաթղթավորմանն առնչվող հարցեր: Առաջիկայում Բավրայի սահմանային հսկիչ կետը նույնպես կգործի նոր ու բարելավված պայմաններում:
