Արցախի ԱԺ նախագահն ընդունել է Ֆրանսիայից ժամանած դիտորդներին

ԼՂՀ Ազգային ժողովի նախագահ Աշոտ Ղուլյանը փետրվարի 20-ին ընդունել է դիտորդական առաքելությամբ Ֆրանսիական Հանրապետությունից Արցախ ժամանած պատվիրակության անդամներին, որի կազմում են նախկին պատգամավոր Ժորժ Կոլոմբիեն, նախկին դիվանագետ Մորիս Բոննոն, իրավաբան Պիեռ դ’Էսպերոնան, և Դեսին քաղաքի ավագանու անդամ Դենիս Ջորկայեֆը: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ԼՂՀ Ազգային ժողովի մամուլի ծառայությունից:
Խորհրդարանի նախագահը ընդգծել է Արցախի և Ֆրանսիայի միջև առանձնահատուկ հարաբերությունների ջերմությունը և նշել, որ Ղարաբաղում մշտապես ուրախ են ընդունելու ֆրանսիացի բարեկամներին:
«Մեզ համար փետրվարի 20-ը հիշարժան օր է. 29 տարի առաջ այս օրը մենք ազատության դրոշ ենք բարձրացրել և առաջին քայլը կատարել դեպի ժողովրդավարություն: Այդ ողջ ընթացում մեր ֆրանսիացի բարեկամները եղել են մեր կողքին»,- նշել է Աշոտ Ղուլյանը:
Ժորժ Կոլոմբիեն պատվիրակության անունից շնորհակալություն է հայտնել ընդունելության համար և նշել, որ արդեն եղել են որոշ ընտրատեղամասերում և գոհ են հանրաքվեի ընթացքից: Անդրադառնալով Սահմանադրության հանրաքվեին՝ Ժորժ Կոլոմբիեն հետաքրքվել է ակնկալվող արդյունքներով:
Պատասխանելով հարցին՝ Աշոտ Ղուլյանը նշել է, որ Արցախի ժողովուրդը հանաքվեներին մասնակցելու փորձ ունի և ինչպես նախորդ դեպքերում, այս անգամ ևս ակնկալվում է մասնակցության բարձր աստիճան:
Այնուհետև խորհրդարանի նախագահը ներկայացրել է Սահմանադրական բարեփոխումների գործընթացը՝ նախաձեռնությունից մինչև հանրաքվե և մանրամասն անդրադարձել Սահմանադրության նախագծով առաջարկվող փոփոխություններին:
Հանդիպմանը քննարկվել են նաև երկկողմ համագործակցության հեռանկարները և տարածաշրջանային ու միջազգային զարգացումների ազդեցությունը ղարաբաղյան հակամարտության կարգավորման գործընթացի վրա:
