Ամենից շատ թանկացել են Դավթաշենի բնակարանները

Երևան քաղաքի բազմաբնակարան շենքերի բնակարանների շուկայական միջին գների արժեքով ամենաթանկը Կենտրոն վարչական շրջանի բնակարաններն են. 1քմ-ի միջին արժեքը կազմել է 428 հազար 250 դրամ։
Ինչպես տեղեկացնում է «Արմենպրես»-ը` վկայակոչելով ՀՀ ազգային վիճակագրական ծառայության հրապարակած տվյալները, 2016 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 31-ի դրությամբ Արաբկիր վարչական շրջանում բնակարանների շուկայական միջին գինը 1 քմ-ի համար կազմել է 357 հազար 450 դրամ:
Իսկ Քանաքեռ-Զեյթունում բնակարանի 1 քմ-ի միջին գինը եղել է 283 հազար 350 դրամ: Դավթաշենում այն արժեցել է 277 հազար 300 դրամ:
Ամենաէժանը Նուբարաշեն համայնքի բնակարաններն են՝ 1 քմ-ի միջին գինը՝ 157700 դրամ։
1 տարվա ընթացքում՝ 2016 թվականի դեկտեմբերի համեմատ, մայրաքաղաքի բոլոր վարչական շրջաններում բնակարանների գները թանկացել են։ Ամենից շատ՝ 1 քմ-ը 1000 դրամով, թանկացել են Դավթաշեն վարչական շրջանի բնակարանները։
Կենտրոն վարչական շրջանը այս առումով վերջին տեղում է. բնակարանների 1 քմ-ի միջին գինը 2016 թվականի ընթացքում այստեղ թանկացել է ընդամենը 250 դրամով։
