Խառեք 1 ճաշի գդալ քրքումը նույն քանակով կոկոսի մաքուր յուղի հետ և վրան ավելացրեք 2-3 կաթիլ անանուխի յուղ։ Ստացված խառնուրդն օգտագործեք Ձեր սովորական ատամի մածուկի հետ. այդպես դուք կխնամեք էմալը, կսպիտակեցնեք ատամները և կթարմացնեք շնաչառությունը։
Թեյի ծառի յուղ
Եթե դուք 5 կաթիլ թեյի ծառի 100%-ոց յուղը լուծեք կես բաժակ ջրի մեջ և ստացվածով ողողեք բերանը ատամները լվանալուց հետո, ապա փոփոխություններ կնկատեք արդեն 1-2 շաբաթից։ Առավել արտահայտված արդյունքի համար կարող եք ատամները մաքրել նույնի յուղի մեկ կաթիլով, սակայն դա կարելի է անել ոչ ավել, քան շաբաթական 2 անգամ։
Ելակի մածուկ
Վերցրեք թարմ ելակը և ճզմեք այն գդալով։ Դրան խառնեք լավագույն հասանելի ծովի աղը՝ մանրացված տարբերակով։ Ապա ստացվածը օգտագործեք ատամի մածուկի փոխարեն՝ զգուշորեն մերսելով ատամները խոզանակով։ Հետո մանրամասն ողողեք բերանը, իսկ էմալի ապահովության համար սա կրկնեք ոչ հաճախ, քան 2 շաբաթը մեկ անգամ։
Կոկոսի յուղ
Պարզապես մի փոքր կոկոսի յուղ քսեք ատամներին, սպասեք 15-20 րոպե, ինչից հետո մանրամասն մաքրեք ատամնեը ատամի մածուկով։ Սա կրկնեք շաբաթական 2-3 անգամ։
Ակտիվացված ածուխ
Ջուրը և ակտիվացված ածուխը խառնեք այնպես, որ ստանաք թթվասերի նման զանգված, ապա ստացվածը զգուշորեն քսեք ատամներին։ Այդպես սպասեք 2 րոպե, մանրակրկիտ կերպով ողողոք բերանը և մաքրեք ատամները սովորական մածուկով։ Սա կարող եք կրկնել շաբաթական 1-2 անգամ։
Բանանի կեղև
Բանանի կեղևը պարունակում է նյութեր, որոնք օգնում են քայքայել ատամների վրա կուտակվող վնասակար գոյացությունները և սպիտակեցնում են ատամները։ Պարզապես բանանի կեղևով տրորեք ատամների երկու կողմը և սպասեք 5-7 րոպե։ Հետո մաքրեք ատամները և ողողեք բերանը։ Սա կարող եք կրկնել այնքան, ինչքան կամենում եք։
Կիտրոնի լուծույթ
Այս տնային պատրաստման լուծույթը կօգնի Ձեզ աստիճանաբար սպիտակեցնել ատամները և թարմ պահել շնչառությունը։ Վերցրեք 3 բաժին կիտրոնի հյութ և դրան խառնեք 1 բաժին որակյալ աղ։ Ստացված լուծույթով մանրակրկիտ ողողեք բերանը՝ ատամները լվանալուց հետո։ Սա կարող եք օգտագործել շաբաթական 2-3 անգամ։
ՈՒՇԱԴՐՈՒԹՅՈՒՆ. մի՛ օգտվեք այս մեթոդից, եթե բերանի խոռոչում վնասվածք(ներ) ունեք։
Ռեհանի տերևներ
Ճզմեք ռեհանի տերևներն այնքան, մինչև խյուս ստանաք և դա օգտագործեք ատամի մածուկի փոխարեն՝ ատամները սպիտակեցնելու և ավելի առողջ դարձնելու համար։ Այս խյուսը կարող եք օգտագործել նաև որպես քսուկ՝ քսելով ատամները մաքրելուց 5-10 րոպե առաջ։
Ալոե վերա
Իսկական հոլիվուդյան ժպիտ ունենալու համար օգտագործեք ալոե վերայի թարմ քամված հյութ կամ գնեք դա։ Մի քիչ հյութ քսեք ատամներին, զգուշորեն տրորեք խոզանակով և մանրակրկիտ կերպով ողողեք բերանը։ Սա կարող եք անել ամեն օր՝ ատամները մաքրելուց հետո, և ընդամենը մի քանի շաբաթ հետո Ձեր ատամները կփայլեն։
