Հայաստանում ավանդների փոխհատուցում է ստացել 92 հազար մարդ

Հայաստանում ներդրված դրամական ավանդների դիմաց փոխհատուցման ծրագրով՝  նախկին ԽՍՀՄ խնայբանկի ՀԽՍՀ հանրապետական բանկում ավանդատու հանդիսացող 8199 քաղաքացի 2016թ. ստացել է դրամական փոխհատուցում: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրեց ՀՀ աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարի մամուլի քարտուղար Անուշ Դանիելյանը : «Ավանդների փոխհատուցման ծրագիրը գործում է 2006 թվականից սկսած: Ավանդների ստացման համար ընդհանուր հաշվառվել է 102 հազար անձ: Նրանցից մինչ այսօր ստացել է շուրջ 92 հազարը: Տարեկան ավանդ է ստանում շուրջ 8000 մարդ»,- նշեց Դանիելյանը:

Անուշ Դանիելյանի խոսքերով՝ կառավարությունն ավանդների համար ամսական տրամադրում է որոշակի գումար: Թե ամսական քանի հոգի կստանա, ասել հնարավոր չէ: Կախված է, թե գումարը քանի հաշվառված ավանդատուի կբավականացնի: Ավանդների ստացման համար չեն կարող դիմել մահացած մարդկանց ընտանիքի անդամները, հարազատները:

Նախկին ԽՍՀՄ Խնայբանկի ՀԽՍՀ հանրապետական բանկում մինչև 1993 թվականի հունիսի 10-ը ներդրած դրամական ավանդներիդիմաց փոխհատուցում ստանալու իրավունք ունեն նախկին ԽՍՀՄ Խնայբանկի ՀԽՍՀ հանրապետական բանկում ռուբլովդրամական ավանդներ ներդրած մինչև 1931թ. դեկտեմբերի 31-ը  ներառյալ ծնված անձինք, ՀՀ պաշտպանության մարտականգործողությունների հետևանքով չօգտագործվող և հակառակորդի կողմից հողատարածքների գնդակոծման դեպքեր ունեցող՝ ՀՀսահմանամերձ համայնքներում 2014  թվականի օգոստոսի -ի դրությամբ հաշվառված անձինք:
