Պաշտոնեական անփութության փաստով հարուցված քրգործն ուղարկվել է ՀՔԾ

Կալանավորի պահպանությունն իրականացնող երկու պաշտոնատար անձանց` Արթուր Ե.-ի և Ռոման Մ.-ի պաշտոնեական անփութության փաստով ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևանի քննչական վարչությունում հարուցված քրեական գործը 17.02.2017թ.-ին ընդունվել է Հատուկ քննչական ծառայության վարույթ: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՔԾ լրատվական ծառայութ յունից:
Այսպես, 2017թ.-ի փետրվարի 4-ի առավոտյան ՀՀ ԱՆ «Նուբարաշեն» քրեակատարողական հիմնարկի կալանավոր, գողության և գողության փորձի մեջ մեղադրվող Սուրեն Գ.-ն «Արմենիա» հանրապետական բժշկական կենտրոնի օրթոպեդիայի և կոտրվածքների բաժանմունքի հիվանդասենյակից դիմել է փախուստի: Նախաքննությամբ ձեռք բերված տվյալների համաձայն` կալանավորի պահպանությունն իրականացնող «Նուբարաշեն» ՔԿՀ անվտանգության ապահովման բաժնի աշխատակից Արթուր Ե.-ն նշված ժամանակահատվածում հիվանդասենյակում քնած է եղել, իսկ Ռոման Մ.-ն բացակայել է տարածքից: Կալանավոր ուրեն Գ.-ն էլ, օգտվելով այդ հանգամանքից, անարգել դուրս է եկել սենյակից և սանհանգույցի պատուհանից դիմել փախուստի:
Պետական հատուկ ծառայություն իրականացնող անձանց կողմից ցուցաբերած պաշտոնեական անփութության, ծառայողական պարտականությունները ոչ պատշաճ կատարելու համար ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 315-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով հարուցված քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է ՀՀ հատուկ քննչական ծառայությունում:
Ծանուցում. ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
