Վիեննայի դատարանը վճռել է ԱՄՆ արտահանձնել ուկրաինացի օլիգարխ Դմիտրի Ֆիրտաշին

Վիեննայի բարձրագույն հողային դատարանը վճռել է ուկրաինացի օլիգարխ Դմիտրի Ֆիրտաշին ԱՄՆ արտահանձնել։ Դատարանը քննարկել է Հողային դատարանի որոշման վեաբերյալ ավստրիական դատախազության բողոքարկումը, որը 2015-ի ապրիլին մերժել է արտահանձնել գործարարին։ Ամերիկյան դատարանի կողմից մեղավոր ճանաչվելու դեպքում նրան մինչեւ 50 տարվա ազատազրկում եւ ակտիվների առգրավում է սպառնում, հաղորդում է DW-ն։
Ավստրիական դատախազության ներկայացուցիչը պնդել է, որ մեղադրյալը տիրապետել է տեղեկության այն մասին, որ հնարավոր հնդկական պայմանագիրը, որտեղ ԱՄՆ իշխանությունները կոռուպցիա են կասկածում, առնչվել է ամերիկյան ընկերությունների շահերին։ Նրա խոսքով՝ Ֆիրտաշի գործում քաղաքական «շապիկը» բացակայում է։ Դատախազությունը նաեւ շարունակել է պնդել, որ տվյալ գործողությունները Ավստրիայի եւ ԱՄՆ-ի իրավասության ներքո են։
Դմիտրի Ֆիրտաշը ձերբակալվել է 2014-ի մարտի 12-ին՝ ԱՄՆ-ի հարցմամբ։ Այնտեղ ուկրաինացի գործարարին մեղադրում են այն բանում, որ նա 18,5 մլն դոլար կաշառքի միջոցով ցանկացել է Հնդկաստանում տիտանի հումքի արդյունահանման թույլտվություն ստանալ՝ արդեն պատրաստի արտադրանքը ԱՄՆ-ում վաճառելու համար։
