Արցախի խորհրդարանի նախագահը հյուրընկալել է Արգենտինայից ժամանած դիտորդներին

Արցախի խորհրդարանի նախագահ Աշոտ Ղուլյանը փետրվարի 21-ին ընդունել է ԱՀ Սահմանադրության հանրաքվեին դիտորդական առաքելություն իրականացրած Արգենտինայի պատգամավոր Բրենդա Օստինին և Արգենտինայի հայկական համագումարի ներկայացուցիչ Նիկոլաս Սաբունջյանին: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին Արցախի Հանրապետության Ազգային ժողովի մամուլի ծառայությունից:
Խորհրդարանի ղեկավարը, ողջունելով հյուրերին, երախտագիտություն է հայտնել այս օրերի ընթացքում նրանց կատարած աշխատանքի համար և նշել, որ դիտորդների կողմից ստացված առաջարկությունները օգնում են Արցախին քայլ առ քայլ բարելավել հանրաքվեների և ընտրությունների անցկացման ընթացակարգերը:
Շնորհակալություն հայտնելով հրավերի համար՝ Բրենդա Օստին նշել է, որ ժողովրդավարական գործընթացին՝ հանրաքվեին դիտորդներ հրավիրելը խոսում է տվյալ երկրում պետական ինստիտուտների կայացվածության մասին:
«Այցելել եմ 7 ընտրատեղամաս և տպավորված եմ քվեարկության գործընթացի բարձր պատրաստվածությամբ, վերահսկողության մակարդակով, հանձնաժողովների անդամների աշխատանքով, ցուցակների ճշգրտությամբ, քաղաքացիների համախմբվածությամբ և իրազեկվածությամբ: Նույնիսկ մեզ՝ դիտորդներիս ուղղորդում էին, որպեսզի կանոններից դուրս ինչ-որ բան չանեինք: Երևում է, որ բարդ և երկարատև աշխատանք է տարվել»,- նշել է Արգենտինայի պատգամավորը:
Շնորհավորելով հանրաքվեի անցկացման նման մակարդակ ապահովելու կապակցությամբ՝ Բրենդա Օստին հավելել է .«Սա խոսում է ժողովրդավարության զգացողության բարձր մակարդակի մասին»:
Այնուհետև, դիտորդների խնդրանքով, Աշոտ Ղուլյանը ներկայացրել է սահմանադրական բարեփոխումների նախապատմությունը և պատասխանել նրանց հարցերին:
Ամփոփելով հանդիպումը՝ խորհրդարնի ղեկավարը նշել է. «Շնորհակալ ենք և անձնական, և մասնագիտական գնահատականների համար, քանի որ մենք առավել գործող տարբերակ չունենք աշխարհի հետ մեր մասին խոսելու համար, քան այստարբերակն է»:
